弗吉尼亞梅森酒店(The Inn at Virginia Mason)

我沒有意識到這是附屬於弗吉尼亞梅森醫院，所以走廊裏有一個輪椅，還有醫務人員正在穿過酒店。這是一個不錯的住宿地點，但不推薦休閑住宿。

When we arrived, there was no one to offer assistance with unloading or to get up the two sets of stairs with my husband’s medical equipment into the lobby. I stayed there while my husband was in the hospital for a week. The heat didn’t work, staff did bring up a portable heater, but it was not pleasant.

Hice una reservacion para 3 personas, 2 camas matrimoniales, cuando llegue a hacer el check in no me comentaron nada, hasta que llegue a lanhabiatacion y solo habia una cama, les dije que mi reservacion era para 2 camas y 3 personas y me dijeron que no podian hacer nada, que si no estaba de acuerdo buscara otro lugar. Después olvidé unos lentes, un cargador y una botella, llamé para preguntar y me dijeron que no tenian tiempo para revisar, que dejara un mensaje y que cuando ellos revisen se ponen en contacto conmigo. Pesimo servicio, pesima atencion, cero ayuda, jamas volvería

très bel emplacement, la majorité du personnel l accueil était très accueillant et accommodant sauf une personne le 13 sept a notre arrivée le matin ,cette femme au cheveux blond a été très impolie avec nous ,on avais installer nos valise dans un petit local sous clé en attendant d avoir nos chambre ,cette femme nous a crier après quand on a demander de prendre notre sac avec médicament ,elle était très impatiente ,on l a aussi rapporter le lendemain a la réception ,celle ci était désole

Apparently, asking the hotel to borrow an umbrella in Seattle was too much of a stretch. When asked to hold a bag for a couple of hours on the day of checkout, the staff member grudgingly did it but mumbled something about preference that guests not come back after checkout.

위치 : 케피탈 힐이라 캐리어 끌고 간다면 불편할 수 있음 교통 : 버스는 많은데 동선이 안좋음. 지하철은 멈. 도보여행 추천 주변 : 펍 많고 슈퍼도 있고 나쁘지 않음 시설 : 방은 넓고 침대 및 베개도 푹신하고 좋음. 단, 콘센트가 헐렁해서 불편하고, 에어컨 없음. 방충망은 뜯어져있어서 유명무실함 기타 : 직원들은 친절하고 주변 조용함. 모텔수준이라고 생각하면 좋은 편이나(에어컨 제외) 1박 30만원 넘는다고 생각하면 가성비 별로임 1926년 개업한 호텔이니 어느정도 감안하고 가시는걸 추천

No parking had to walk two blocks or get a ticket for parking in front of hotel. I got a 47.00 fine.

Es un hotel muuuuy viejo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, no tiene caja de seguridad, la cama no es cómoda, por lo que pagué esperaba algo mucho mejor.

Had to call desk to send up housekeeping due to things on the carpet. Not vacuumed. They did come and clean it up right away.
