Beware of extra charges!! hotel had a beautiful lobby with nice arts pieces and good parking with EV charging, unfortunately once we got into the room we were welcomed with outdated -almost fallen in disrepair- furniture, bathroom was dim and just unpleasant. The icing on the cake was the $25 charge per car per night -and we had two cars- I was surprised with upon check out, plus taxes and fees! Never again…

The property must have been understaffed, as I requested a microwave before I arrived and was told it would be in my room. At check-in the front staff said they would bring it right up. Two hours later, and 3 phone calls, it finally arruved. The tub wouldn't hold water for a bath for my young son. I was promised a repairman, no o

They put us on the wrong room and blamed it on *******. We got onto the right room the following day. Front desk was rude and dismissive from my phone call to lack of concern over the problem and no interest in looking into what was going on. We travel to Seattle several times a year for business and stay 3-7 days each time. This was the first and last time we will stay at this hotel.

Advertising on ******* stated air conditioning was included. It wasn’t. Per front desk staff they “turn the air conditioning off in the winter.” We did not stay in the winter. We were there beginning of November. When it was in the upper 60s outside during the day. Our room temp reached the upper 70s (we were only 16th floor). Ended up having to leave and go to a different hotel in order to sleep comfortably.

There was only one front desk employeeso it took over 30 min to check in and on top of that we thought she was checking a man in, but that turned out to be her boyfriend. She was extremely rude to us and ended up putting us in an ADA room with no mountain view, when I had reserved a room with a mountian view. The shower head was like 5' ft tall and borh mt husband and I are tall people so this was very uncomfortable.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are run down. Old carpet and old furniture. People in the hotel were smoking pot and it made my room and surrounding areas smell terrible. Odor came through bathroom vents. I moved rooms but the hotel staff seemed unbothered and gave no explanation or apology for the hassle.

My favorite part of this day was my comfy bed. The worst part of my stay was the amount of times I had to switch my keys out or get them reprogrammed. Nice location nice staff.
