For what we paid to stay at Level Seattle it was not worth it. 1 - Booked a Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite through *******. ******* website clearly stated 2 bathrooms. There was only 1. Level couldn't move us to a room that matched. 2 - No mirror outside of the bathroom. The suite literally had no other mirror in it other than what was found in the bathroom. 3 - Bedroom Pocket Doors not installed properly. Our kids couldn't open the bedroom pocket doors as they were not hung properly. You could tell they were hung too low and dragged across the small plastic divider.

The facility itself is very nice and we found the staff to be, in general, quite helpful. The hotel was very clean and the units are small apartments, which is especially useful when traveling as a family. The pools and other amenities are also very nice. We only utilized the outdoor pool but there are many more to take advantage of. We did have trouble contacting the front desk by phone and had to walk down to get assistance almost every time. Some desk staff were great but some were less helpful. One woman was unable to give us directions to the pool, saying she didn't know. We stayed 5 nights and overall it was very pleasant. However, it needs to be mentioned that Amazon and other companies use this hotel for their trainee managers every week, so you will likely encounter parties of young partiers in public areas, especially the hot tub. During several nights of our stay, they were partying late at night in public areas, very loudly, but no one from the hotel was monitoring the noise, though it could be heard in every room with a poolside balcony, which is most of the rooms. Since the front desk rarely answers the phone, it's difficult to voice concerns. I still highly recommend the hotel but this should be noted if you prefer quiet evenings.

Great hotel, once it's completed at actually offer service. Many ammonites advertised were not open, or not completed. Our room phone and AC didn't work for half of our 3 day stay. No discount. On top of that, we were charged another $259.49 with no explanation. Despite 3 phone calls to try to speak to the front desk (which you get put on hold 25+ mins and then get hung up on, and emails, no response for over 10 days. This hotel could, and should be great in the future, but when your paying $700+ a night, you should get ALOT more then this.

The hotel and it’s amenities are AMAZING! We stayed over the Taylor Swift weekend, so it was understandably busy, but most of the staff we interacted with were not very helpful or friendly. We had one positive interaction out of 5 or more. Check-in was easy but I was not given any information on how to get around the hotel. I was also told I could switch rooms to one that had an office the next day but when I tried, I was told that I was misinformed and asked to provide the name of the employee who told me we could make this happen. It was a negative interaction. The rooms are very modern and worked for our family. My only complaint is that the floors were extremely dirty. Our sons feet were black from walking around barefoot. We would give Level another try simply for the great amenities. The kids play area, pools, weight room, and basketball court were highlights for us.

Staff was not friendly. Not helpful. The Hotel itself was amazing. Beautiful. Their rating was 10 out of 10 until I had to rate the staff and then it dropped to 3 out of 10. Also, no restaurant at hotel. But a great grocery store and coffee place only a block away

This hotel is so nice with very modern furnishings. The room and hallways were very clean and well kept. The bed was very very comfortable. I live the washer and dryer and the units. The refrigerator and stove and microwave were so convenient. The balcony was super cool too as well as the pools. I will always choose Level when I travel to Seattle. Thanks Level!

The room was very clean and comfortable, advertised as a suite but it was really a room with a pullout couch next to the bed. There was a large refrigerator and kitchenette, the coffee maker wasn't in the room when we arrived and we needed to ask the front desk for one. The front desk staff seemed new and inexperienced, we asked several times for shampoo and never received any. We were told it was a long term stay property so it would be an additional $90 for room cleaning so during our 3 day stay there was no refreshing of the room, the bed, the towels or the shampoo and body wash. There was also an additional resort fee for who knows what. We really liked the central location and if the Level fixes these issues it could be a great place but I wouldn't return in the current state.

This is a lovely property. Our 3-br unit had a fantastic view, and was relatively new, very clean, and roomy. It was the perfect accommodation for our party of 5; those are hard to find! The property IS a little off-the-beaten-path re: the Seattle attractions - about a 20-25 minute walk to Seattle Center or Pike Place Market, but an easy ride-share. There are also no food/coffee options in the building, and limited options close-by. The front desk staff could have been more helpful and friendly - it seemed as if they weren't really very concerned about travelers there for short stays, as it does seem like more of a residential building.
