西雅圖泛太平洋酒店(Pan Pacific Seattle)

My friend and I came down to Seattle to watch the Seahawks game. We were very happy with our room, they gave us the top floor, corner unit which was very nice of them and clean! They even have individual bags of ice on each floor by the elevators which was a wonderful surprise, I wish all hotels did that. They have a restaurant in the lobby as well, we didn't go but it was nice to have. Since we arrived on the US Thanksgiving, we were able to park on the street for free until the next morning at 8am. Keep in mind in Seattle, street parking is free on Sundays and holidays so you can save that way as well. We were able to get to the game really easily, we took an Uber but transit is close by as well. Would definitely stay again!

Very fast and easy check in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice location & stunning views of the space needle. I paid for city views and got a perfect view of the space needle from my bed! So happy with this hotel. It smells amazing and the atmosphere is classy and timeless! Would love to come back and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

There is a Whole Foods on the property which is fantastic to get a snack. The walk to Pike's place is a bit of a hike in the winter but the hotel has a car service which is super handy to get around. All the staff are friendly and helpful, will stay here again

Street noise and sirens were the biggest nusance. Maybe better insulated windows. Other than that, the hotel was nice and clean. Coffee in the reception area was cold and not the best. Ended up going offsite every morning for coffee.

The staff during our stay was friendly and helpful. We didn’t actually receive any of the perks listed, but it may be we just weren’t informed how to access them. I was overcharged by just over $500 (an extra charge in addition to what was on my receipt). I’ve been trying for days to get it resolved and nobody will call me back.

El personal súper amable, y muy limpio ,el Café y té que te dan abajo, cerca el mejor súper mercado,El rest no tanto muy caro para y es medio vegano, raro lo que sirven pero amables

Not impressed for the cost. Hotel needs an update. Bathroom was the best feature, however, not sure why there's a phone attached to the wall beside the toilet! Some electrical outlets did not work. Would not stay again.
