"We've been talking about visiting Sebring ever since we saw the Home Town Takeover series (which originally aired in 2025). The Roanoke checked nearly all the boxes, and we would definitely return. There are ten rooms, all on the second floor, as well as a coffee lounge and balcony overlooking the park. We had a spotlessly clean and spacious room (we stayed in Ridgewood Forest) with ensuite bath. Private parking behind the hotel. Very comfortable bed. Speaking about the bed, it is a four poster that is quite high off the floor. A folding step stool is provided, which I used, but being short, I needed to be careful. Excellent restaurants are just steps away. Sebring is a lovely town. Other comments: A small refrigerator in the room would be a wonderful addition. it's also a long flight of stairs up to the second floor rooms. Those are small issues compared with the charm of the hotel and the friendly staff."
