#負評#對安全性，鄰近店舖，房內採光，走廊隔音，酒店氣味，位置失望；太差了。早餐全是塑料包装的，咬了一口就扔了。说不出来的味道。 房间很老旧，有味道。 白天房间还有老鼠。 快一个月了，那一晚房费还没退给我。

Bueno para empezar pague x una habitación de 2 camas y un sofá cama x $358 desayuno incluído Me lleve una descepcion con las camas y el sofá olían muy mal y el sofá tenía manchas de sangre y luego el desayuno solamente fue un café y un pan eso es todo q clase de hotel es ese ??? Fui a recepción y me cambiaron a otra habitación me dijeron q me regresarían el 50% x el mal estado de esa habitación aún lo espero

Need renovation. Everything looks to old . Can be better

The hotel is functional, to say the best. If you need to stay a few nights to get in and out of NYC, this place works. The fire alarm goes off without reason at least 48 hourly, and it's loud. The rooms, bed, toilet has not been refurbished in a long time. Breakfast is pure basic, coffee, oats and granola bars. The kitchenette is a plus. Bus to NYC is a plus. Staff are great.

I’ve utilized an Extended Stay in the past and this location by far was a complete disappointment. You had to pay for items that you needed for the kitchen area. The carpeting has spots all over it; it was not what I expected at all. The area near lay offered options for eating and shopping and NYC was about 35-40 minutes away with traffic at 9:30AM. Lastly, my daughter left an item in the room that the housekeeping staff chose not to turn in and keep. Very disappointed with this stay.

The proerty was updated. Shower faucet needs help. It was hard to work. To operate it, they need a signs and it is very loud for traffic is close. If you are an early riser, great. Not meI like to sleep in esp.if I am on a trip. . n

Séjour correct. L'hôtel est grand avec un arrêt de bus juste devant qui emmène à Manhattan en 20 minutes. En revanche il mériterait un bon coup de peinture. A noter une grande laverie très pratique. La piscine était fermée pendant notre séjour. La salle de sport est anecdotique mais à le mérite d'exister. Les studios avec cuisine n'ont aucune vaisselle ou aucun ustensile de disponible...

Check in was great we were informed about our check out time , breakfast time where the elevators were located and what was around the hotel, unfortunately I can’t said much about the room cleanness the carpet had a lot stained, coins and trash by the bed and under around 11pm we call the front desk to ask about the tv control remote because we look all over the room and there was none and we were told the if we don’t have one in the room it’s because they don’t have extras one and they can’t provide us with a extra because they were all booked out and we should call in the morning and may be they can give us one after people check out , and in the morning we we went to the lobby to get breakfast unfortunately we didn’t expect what we had which was cold coffee and muffins that was all over all this was one of the bad stay and unfortunately we don’t think ever staying here on our next trips

Buono , letto comodo , doccia le solite complicate americane . Conviene acquistare una scheda telefonica per internet prima e scaricare uber perche' non ti chiamano i taxi . Resto tutto buono

Fire alarm went off everyday we were here. The first day at night and the next few days around 6/7 am. The room wasn’t cleaned when we stayed here. They also don’t replace towels. Blanket in closet was dirty. Pull out bed was dirty. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Had to vacate property twice in a two hour period for fire alarm. Bathtub drain clogged, water filled tub while taking a shower. Hand sink in bathroom had same problem. Will not stay here again. Do not recommend it.

Solo no me gusto que nuestra ducha estaba dañada pero para el precio esta mas que bien

El hotel sucio,la cama toda vieja incomoda ,en mal estado termine con dolor de espalda, no avia ni un bote de basura
