Das Southwest Inn liegt direkt an der der Hauptstraße. Nacht bzw. am frühen Morgen wird man vom Verkehr auf der Straße geweckt. Die Unterkunft ist eine Hundefreundliche Unterkunft. Dies hat sich in unserem Zimmer durch den Geruch bemerkbar gemacht. Auch hatten wir vom Frühstück ein wenig mehr erwartet. Einen roomservice gibt es erst nach der vierten Nacht. Für den Übernachtungspreis haben wir ein wenig mehr erwartet.

The only problem I have with this resort is the use of a kiosk to deal with problems. At times there is no person to help at the front desk. Is this what is happening with our world?
Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel has many restaurants close by. Good proximity to sights.

I wasn't ready for the electronic attendant at the kiosk.who checked me in. The owner David was there but said Camilla would take good care of me. EXTREMELY IMPERSONAL. The following day, another office guy didn't respond to my salutations right in the lobby. Maybe 10 feet away. Customer service non existent..won't return.

The positives were it was clean and quiet. I would rank it just fine for the price we paid.
I was a little put out when we checked out and a screen came up instead of a person.
All in all it was ok for our needs

The service was great, the room was super quiet, away from the sound of the highway 89A. The room was clean, roomy, with some cute features with a Southwest theme.
I would stay here again!

Boutique Hotel that is more bungalow oriented than inside hotel room oriented. We love it here with its excellent location away from the tourist section of uptown.

The only thing i don't like about the hotel is the check in kiosk! It feels very impersonal. Other than the kiosk it is my very favorite hotel I've ever stayed at!

Beautiful decor, unfortunately the dressers had broken or missing knobs, and the continental breakfast was awful and very disappointing so don't expect to eat well.
