窓を開けたら広がるレッドロックと、寝心地の良いベッドが最高でした。セドナシャトルの乗り場が目の前なので、シャトルの営業日には便利度がグッと増します。レッドロッククロッシングやボイントンキャニオン方面へのアクセスも良く、セドナをのんびり楽しみたい人におすすめです。

After our experience at this property, I wouldn’t ever book a Marriott room again, anywhere. Staff didn’t seem friendly, room was awful. We got a different room than what we booked, unless it’s just deceiving. We received a first floor handicapped/accessible room (which wasn’t in our booking/room details) and there was not a pull out double couch, unless it’s the small single chair in the corner that they are considering a pull out double couch. Room was very dark and outdated. Breakfast was expensive for mediocre hotel food. I also don’t like having to pay extra for parking, but I knew about that prior to booking. Seems like a money grab. The only plus side was it’s a quiet areas with pretty views from the lookout dock (though it seems all the hotels around that area have nice views)

Check in was very nice and easy. The lobby was pretty and clean with a HUGE fireplace in the middle, It made it very cozy. We had dinner at the bar.. the wings are DELISH! So are the bloody Mary’s! Our bed was not very comfortable but that’s probably just a preference thing and i heard the doors of our neighbors slamming throughout the night BUT our room was clean and we felt safe here.

18 dollars a day to park and they put me in a wheelchair accessible room that still had hair in the shower drain and stains all over the walls

It was a good stay. I always stay at Marriotts. They are pretty consistent. We booked a king room with a walk in shower and ended up getting a room with a rub. Not a huge deal, but it was different from what we booked and payed for.

The property was clean. Disappointed in check in process. Employee couldn’t find my reservation because she was searching for my first name. When I asked if my room had a good view, neither employee could tell me if it was good or not. The hotel charges $25/ night for parking, and the location is in the middle of nowhere. This is after spending over $300/night on the room. There are no extras…no water at check-in…Happy hour is discounted and the food is good. Breakfast is not included. In the room, the bathroom is large and very nice. The room is very small with 2 very small drawers, a very small frig, and a very small space for the sofa. We were supposed to get housekeeping service every other day. On the first day we were to receive service, I called to let the front desk know were we leaving the hotel for a few hours, so they could service the room. We got back that night, and no service had been completed. My overall opinion is that this hotel is poorly managed, and there is a lack of care at the site.

Beautiful property. There was construction so many areas were closed. But the food was amazing.

We enjoyed a wonderful time here. The hot tub and pool were awesome and the view was absolutely beautiful!

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is convenient with dining possibilities close by (but not walkable), lobby and rooms were clean. The hotel staff was friendly, but they almost charged us more than they should for the parking (we had an email stating $18 and they charged $25). After showing the email to 2 different persons they honored the $18. The room was clean and spacious. BUT the bed was as hard as a rock. Never thought a Marriott hotel could have such a bad bed. We barely slept the 2 nights. All in all we will not be returning to this hotel.

Very serene where there are hiking trails directly accessed from the hotel property. Gorgeous view of mountains from my room as i selected mountain view. Stunning grounds, beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub and roof top patio. Lots of parking. Doesn’t have a proper restaurant but offers a bistro in morning and evening. I’d stay here again.

They were rude and not very understanding when we were unable to get to hotel due to extreme weather conditions. They still charged us for the room and an extra $50 for resort fees. When alternatively they could have transferred our reservation to the Courtyard by Marriott in Phoenix, where I said we were going to go, due to feeling unsafe to proceed through winter storms, causing snow falls and some road closures , caused by the extreme weather event. The last thing said on the phone was, " You do what you want".
