塞爾馬魯道夫 AFB 附近舒適套房酒店(Comfort Inn & Suites Selma Near Randolph AFB)

Estuve 3 noches y nunca hicieron las camas y nunca sacaron la basura, ni limpiaron el baño, me salió un cucaracha en la tina. Por otro lado la señorita del desayuno entre semana muy atenta. Nunca había tenido esta experiencia en un hotel de Comfort Inn y las cortinas muy sucias y los muros tmb.

Chambre plaisante, mais bruyante à cause de l'autoroute juste à coté. La toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien. Excellent dejeuner, la préposée etait d'une gentillesse incroyable tout comme les personnes a la reception.

Me gusta mucho esta muy tranquilo el personal de limpieza muy amable. Creo que me volveria a hospedar en un hotel de esta compañia.

Las llaves no abrían estuve batallando y un poco susio el control de la tele no serbia

No tenían personal para atender y tuve que ir esperar tiempo y cuando me atienden la persona muy enojada

What would’ve made my stay more enjoyable was if the bathroom was cleaned and maintained regularly. There was mold on the ceiling and the toilet was leaking after every flush. Also having housekeeping bring fresh towels and things would be nice

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice and comfortable. We would stay again.

I have stayed at this location many times. This time the sheets were dirty and when i asked them to change then i was told they didnt have enough staff but they could give ne sheets to make my own bed. It pains me to give such a poor review because i have stayed there so many times. I was also trwated very poorly when i went to take a picture when staff told ne they had already pulled the sheets. If they had time to pull them why couldn't they just out new ones on. Very disappointing

Staff didn't tell us about house keeping coming every 3 days and had our key cards checked out a day early.
