薩沃伊多洛米蒂斯豪華Spa酒店(Savoy Dolomites Luxury & Spa Hotel)

Ein wunderbares Hotel, nicht zu gross, nicht zu klein, perfekt um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Das angenehme Ambiente verleiht zu einer Wohlfühloase. Im gepflegten Restaurant speist man ausgezeichnet, die Speisen sind sehr hochwertig und was mir besonders gefällt, es ist Regional. Die Weinkarte lässt keine Wünsche offen, einfach genial. Was mir besonders gefallen hat, sind die sehr feinen und edlen Südtiroler Weine. Merlot Riserva 2020 von Kornell, sensationell. Der Pinot Noir vom Gump Hof eine Bombe und der Lagrain Riserva Gran Helen eine wucht. Herzlichen Dank an die Sommeliers für die einführung in die Welt der Südtiroler Weine, Danke.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il periodo di Natale (5 notti) in questo meraviglioso Hotel e se le aspettative iniziali erano alte, soggiornando, forse sono andate anche oltre a quello che avevamo immaginato. Struttura bellissima in ogni ambiente dalla hall al salone con camino circolare passando per la SPA e la camera (molto grande e pulita ma con una scatolina dei fili elettrici scoperta). Comodissima la Ski Room che con l'ascensore ti fa arrivare direttamente sulle piste; benissimo i massaggi nella SPA, li consiglio. Non ho dato l'eccellenza perché c'è qualche cosa che a mio avviso si può migliorare soprattutto in un hotel di questo calibro. La cena è a volte anche troppo elaborata (con porzioni veramente piccole) ed il buffet è si vario ed abbondante ma troppo ripetitivo (i prezzi delle bevande mi sono sembrati un pò alti). Complimenti sinceri a tutto lo staff che è stato super disponibile, gentile e reattivo a sistemare qualche piccolo problema che ci è capitato (noleggio sci) anche se in certi casi "ha latitato" nel dare informazioni (tipo la pista da riprendere per tornare in albergo o sulla possibilità di fare lo skipass direttamente in hotel) Comunque sia super consigliato

Wir haben hier für ein Skiwochenende gebucht. Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit klasse Service und hervorragendem Essen. Das Frühstück ist reichlich mit vielen verschiedenen Speisen. Das Abendessen war super klasse angerichtet und geschmackvoll. Der Wellnessbereich ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Absolute Empfehlung.

En été , ce lieu est superbe, de très belles chambres (nous étions en suite), un spa très agréable avec différents saunas, hamam , douche parfumée . La demi pension vaut la peine. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais les produits frais pourraient être plus qualitatifs. En hiver ce lieu me semble inabordable mais en été, c’est top comme lieu pour faire Des randonnées dans la région puis profiter du réconfort de l’hôtel au retour .

Ho trascorso 5 giorni in questo hotel. Posizione comodissima, vicina al centro di Selva e vicinissima alla funivia per il Sasso Lungo. Hotel molto confortevole. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di un bel balconcino. Molto grande il bagno. Ottimo il livello della pulizia. Molto varia la scelta a colazione e la cena e' praticamente da ristorante gourmet. La piscina e' un po' piccola, in compenso la zona wellness e' grande e offre sia saune che bagno di vapore. Il personale e' molto gentile e cortese e tutta la struttura e' caratterizzata da un'a**osfera di elegante relax

Abbiamo deciso di trascorso un we nel mese di settembre per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio , cucina deliziosa e buffet eccezionale . Il personale di pulizia veramente gentile . Da ritornare

Vorne weg, wir (3 Gäste) können jedem dieses Hotel nur wärmstens ans Herz legen. Wir haben hier im Spätsommer 6 wundervolle Nächte verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich gute Essen (Frühstück, Abendessen). Deswegen als Tipp: Unbedingt mit Halbpension buchen! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, sehr ruhig, dennoch zentrumsnah. (Im Winter endet die Skipiste auf der eigenen Terrasse!!) Wer möchte kann kostenfrei an einer geführten Wanderung teilnehmen. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Spa Landschaft ist sehr sauber. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Savoy Hotel was an experience! More expensive than other close hotels, it was well worth the cost. Highlights of the hotel: the food is absolutely fantastic, the service impeccable and rooms beyond comfortable. After traveling to five different destinations in Italy, having breakfast and dinner provided for us, downstairs, to start and end our day, was such a relaxing treat. Each meal was at one table in the dining room saved for our family, also with the same server every meal. Serge, our server, so attentive and accommodating, seemed to take pride in his job— and epitomizes the professionalism and courtesy of the hotel staff. Breakfast offers a range of fruits, juices, grains, breads, cheese, pastries— with eggs, pancakes, any coffees made to order. Dinner is not just a meal— this is a culinary experiences with fresh ingredients, a range of dishes, with attention to flavor and creativity. 5 courses, self serve salads and anti-pastas followed by three ordered courses, then originally created dessert offered with a range of self serve del opus options. While we so appreciate that the Italians enjoy much longer meals than most Americans, with hours of socializing before any food arrives, we appreciated the attention to service and option to start with our own fresh salads, having come off the mountain each day ready for nourishment. This chef is as good as any New York chef we’ve experienced, and far more pleasant, speaking to guests after dinner ends. We are not wine drinkers so can’t speak to that aspect but it appeared the hotel owner educated and served guests the wine that suited them. The hotel itself— we stayed with our family of five: two adults and three older teenagers. We stayed in a family room. We all loved this accommodation— very specious, so clean and comfortable with direct view of Dolomites. Our housekeeper was also a highlight— so cheerful, friendly, accommodating, and unlike the states where housekeeping is often still “not provided because of Covid,” this hotel is full service. We enjoyed the fitness facility, pool, and close proximity to shops and restaurants in town. The management— while others have said not effusive with warmth— we felt could not have been more accommodating. These people are not just running a hotel but take pride in every aspect of the experience. Attention to detail and to guest satisfaction is the focus at this superb hotel. Selva di Val Gardenia is a place not to be missed. While we did not see or hear many Americans at the hotel or in town, every person tried their best to help us find what we needed and make our stay what we hoped. Our hotel concierge gave us detailed directions to use our complimentary bus tickets to several unforgettable hikes, scheduled our car services back and forth to the Bolzano train station and made the trip easy. We cannot say enough about this special hotel, at the foot of the Dolomites and the quiet back corner of Selva, and we only hope we will be able to return in our

Not good value for money. For what we paid and the category of the hotel (4*S) I would’ve expected something more. Service was dry at best. Nobody ever bothered to smile or greet, nobody ever gave information (they offer free excursions every day and you would know it from a piece of paper posted in the elevator). Nobody would remind you of the extra services you’ve booked, and the older gentleman (the owner probably) was very rude, the couple of times he stopped looking down on people and bothered to speak to us. The room was spacious and modern, but it lacked some basic facilities such as a boiler and a coffee machine. The fridge was full. The food was exceptional! And so were the personnel in the restaurant, really top notch. The SPA was good too, and the massage therapist did a great job. Would I come back tho? No.
