The place by itself is nice and the apartments seem pretty new and in good shape overall.
But: Not having a 24/7 reception or welcome room in any kind is not good enough. To get the key is nothing but a hassle, and if you do it wrong, you have lost your option. It is all in Slovak, so it's difficult. I even had my driver from Slovakia trying to do it since I struggled to read it, and he failed twice.
I would give the apartements 4 and the key solution 1. And the lack of people there 24/7 2 at best.
From what it looks like it is 11 buildings with apartments. Having a contact person should be mandatory then, especially in a low cost country.
If they upgrade to a full reception, I would probably go again. If not: Never.
