It was a very comfortable, staff was very friendly and we enjoyed a lot here. We will definitely come once again at this hotel in future. Food was also excellent and the best part we noticed that all staffs are very helpful and always interested to help visitors. Specially front office staffs like Aaradhna , vishal ,also manager at reception.

Shawn Elizey Jabalpur It was an All MP Conference for which I Dr Shruti Malvi was visiting Jabalpur for a day. I was with Shawn Elizey on the 27th April day and night to check out in the morning of 28th April. It was Wedding Season and an all MP Conference with 100s of Delegates abd Faculty of renowned Gynaecs from all over the state were gathering. On entering the lobby on the scorching afternoon I got the scare of my life when I saw the lobby full of people in the process of checking in. Trying to prepare myself for a wait of a couple of hours minimum, I approached the front desk with a dismal heart. I witnessed many executives of the hotel staff running about in a frenzy both behind the desk and around, trying to sort the mayhem. I was greeted by Ms Sakshi Tripathi at the desk. To my surprise she instantly addressed me in the middle of the crowd at the desk. She got my check in done ever so smoothly, while carrying out the work that she was already into. In minutes she was there with my room key and I went about royally towards my room smiling inward. My stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and welcoming. With the heavy load and influx at that moment, it was with superhuman efforts that the hotel managed every thing. The food was sumptuous. Cleanliness was well taken care of. Services were real prompt. I was super satisfied. I congratulate Shawn Elizey Management for such excellent sevices and hospitality. Thanks to staff like Sakshi, Nikhil and Saurabh Sir. The staff work over and above their duty hours without any qualms to get the things streamlined and the seniors support them totally. No other hotel for me for my future visits to Jabalpur, thats for sure.
It is a very average type of hotel with just ok type of amenities. Room service below average. Insufficient staff. They committed me to provide tea in early morning, accordingly i called for room service in morning around 5:45 am but no body picked the call. Only one plus point is it's location near madan mahal rely station.
Pathetic and over priced hotel. They have given a facelift from outside to retain their reputation but internally it seems that the hotel rooms never got a makeover since construction in 1977. Rooms are rotten and stinky. Best part is they are still selling at a five star rate, surely fooling the travellers specially who are coming first time to visit the city. They have a front office who are audacious and arrogant and not bothered about client request. Front office executive Nitika claimed that they have a newly constructed room and its price was higher due to new construction but apart from the floor nothing was new in the room. Check photos. Reason why their website will not show you room photos. Room was priced more than a five star. Wi-Fi never worked and I was offered a chair in my room and was asked to sit and work in one corner of the room where they claim that Wi-Fi worked. But all was in vain as nothing worked. No one was interested to even check on the issue afterwards.
This property is just 5 minutes away from jabalpur Bus stop and 10 minutes from Jabalpur Railway station. All major markets and restaurants are in the surrounding area. Rooms are very tidy and with all basic amenities. Hotel food is good and the staff is very cooperative and mature.

訪訪客I checked in with family and was allotted a room in a floor where works are going on. They should have avoided allocating rooms in the floor where works are going on. Uncleaned floor and worker trying to open the door. Very disappointing experience. Towels were old, stained and leaving lint. Limited options for breakfast was available. In the night we were told of a buffet breakfast however the same changed with 3 options given by hotel staff and added bread with buttrer and jam later. Despite of all issues the staff was very courteous. Would recommend this property to be avoided till it's work completion.
As a customer who recently visited Riverwood Retreat Pench, I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high expectations for my stay, but unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. This was primarily because of the behaviour of the front desk staff being led by the property manager. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to guest needs. They lacked etiquette and I truly feel they need serious lessons in hospitality. They need to shed their ' We dont care' attitude'. Furthermore, the facilities promised on their website were either unavailable or not as advertised. The swimming pool was not properly maintained and had a murky appearance, making it unappealing for use. There was moss all over the pool floor. The recreational activities mentioned were not well-organized or properly maintained. The value for money was not justified, and I felt disappointed with the overall experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a quality and memorable experience.
訪訪客Dear Management of Vannraj Resort, I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at your resort. I must say that I had high expectations given the reputation of Vannraj, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. Firstly, I found the buffet spread during my stay to be significantly lacking in variety, especially considering the price that was charged. The limited options available were disappointing and did not justify the cost of the meals. Secondly, I was disappointed with the service provided by the restaurant staff. There were noticeable delays in serving basic items like bread, and during breakfast, milk was not available for coffee. Additionally, I observed that there was a lack of anticipation regarding the number of guests present and the speed at which the buffet needed to be refilled. This resulted in inconvenience and a less than satisfactory dining experience. One aspect that particularly concerned me was the allowance of pets, specifically dogs, in the dining area. This practice is highly unhygienic as guests would come into contact with these animals, potentially transferring germs from their hands to the buffet dishes. I strongly recommend revisiting this policy to ensure a clean and sanitary dining environment for all guests. Moreover, the room cleaning staff did not meet the expected standards. On a broader note, I believe that Vannraj Resort is overhyped, and the prices charged do not align with the level of service provided. The disparity between the expectations set by the resort's reputation and the actual experience was quite significant. Finally, I would like to mention the lack of staff presence near the pool area to assist guests with towels. It was inconvenient to have to go all the way to the reception desk to request them. I recommend ensuring that there are dedicated staff members available at the pool area to promptly address such guest needs. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more satisfying and enjoyable stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
