We had a very good stay at hotel jiva, the restaurant selection dishes. The breakfast menu was excellent. The hotel have pub bar at top floor and it’s having a good ambiance and offering wonderful service. Rooms were maintained well, very comfortable to stay, the washrooms neatly maintained to up notch. They are offering seamless room services, with quick response with ultimate politeness. Overall it was a wonderful 3 days stay in hotel jiva, thanks for the services extended.

Breakfast was also good basically alu Paratha and Puri bhaji was very tasty . Overall the hotel is excellent i like the hotel and again visit to my next trip ..
Environment is comfort zone in the hotel.....well behaviour of the staff members ( Vinayak and Team).....rooms & food also good.....overall excellence.....we are happy with it... reception area also maintained very clean....reception staff also well behaved.
Well located in upscale 'contractors area' slightly ahead of main bistupur area. Old style building with clean rooms, but doesn't have lift which may be an issue since rooms are located on the 2nd and third floors. Food quality is good and room service is available, though there's a restaurant next to the hotel on the ground floor which says 'family restaurant ' but is best avoided if travel-ling with family, as it's a bar which allows smoking. Staff is generally polite and helpful, so long one doesnt expect very professional behaviour. The intercom wasn't working and i was shared with a mobile number instead. Overall an okay experience if one is traveling single.
It's all about our recent experience at Hotel K.C.Manor, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India which presumably is managed by Treebo (since the toiletries and some room supplies had the Treebo logo printed on them). In one word, the experience was miserable! And, that was only because of the Front Desk (precisely, because of Ms. Nirmala)! The Front Desk, supposedly the face-of-the-hotel which turned out to be the 'only worst place' amongst so many other touch points apparently ruined our entire experience at the property! But, I would also like to mention that, apart from the Front Desk, rest all the departments viz. F&B Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security were extremely courteous and professional! So, no complaint against these departments (& their personnel)! I would rather praise them wholeheartedly and, if at all I revisited the place, that would be only because of these departments (and their people). But, moment I recall my interaction with the Front Desk, it spoils the entire image of the place! Especially, with the lady at the Reception named Ms. Nirmala who I already have spoken about! I always stay at a hotel and avail its services with the impression that ”ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen”! But she ruined my belief, completely! She was extremely impolite and hostile to be at the Front Desk! In fact, she must not be in any department of this (or any) hotel as she is a perfect example of a 'complete mismatch' for the hospitality industry! So, my advice for the management/owner of the property named Hotel K.C.Manor, Jamshedpur is, kindly don't put people like Ms. Nirmala at any of the areas where they deal with your guests since that will surely tarnish your hotel's image in no time! Such people have only their ego and attitude in place and they would do anything to protect that, even if it is at the cost of the hotel's image! Now, whosoever is reading this must not get the impression that I am literally advocating phrases like 'Guest is God' or 'Customer is always right'! It has everything to do with 'empathy', especially when in-house guests are experiencing something as terrible as continued grueling sound of drilling and hammering on the adjacent walls (since we took two rooms) starting as early as 8 in the morning streching till almost 5 in the evening during our entire 4 days stay and, simply reciprocate with a hope that hotel staff will deal it with utmost care as, soundproof rooms are the basic need of any person staying in a decent hotel! And, that's what we were deprived of, literally! 'She' just asked us to be satisfied with her insincere apology and expect nothing more! Despite having booked the rooms well in advance and having interacted with another Front Desk personnel named Mr. Vishal on many occasions during that period, such an issue which, apparently was there persistently over many days before we checked in, was hid from us! So, we anyway felt cheated on that matter! Neither they had the provision
I have visited this hotel for a business trip. I would like to highlight that my experience was fabulous. The rooms are good, the service is amazing, the staff are well friendly and respectful. Please visit here.
訪訪客Hair dryer was not provided in the room, even after request the same was not provided nor it was told that it can’t be provided. This kept me waiting for long. Very unresponsive reception manager as well as housekeeping team.
Recently, we returned from Asanbani, near Jamshedpur, where we lodged at the Hill View Resort. We reserved eight super deluxe rooms and journeyed with a group of 17 members with a few over 60yrs of age. Situated at the foothills of Dalma, the hotel boasts splendid views from every room. Regrettably, we were assigned rooms in a newly constructed building that was far from completion. Despite being labeled as ”Super Deluxe” and priced at Rs. 4500+GST, these accommodations lacked basic amenities such as an elevator, in-room phone, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The rooms varied in size and shape, with most being remarkably cramped, offering minimal space beyond the double bed, and only a few had a small balcony. Shockingly, one room lacked a balcony altogether, yet the hotel charged the same super deluxe rate for all. The lack of elevator accessibility posed challenges, particularly for our elderly members, who found navigating the stairs difficult. Moreover, the entire building was littered with dirt and construction debris, rendering the swimming pool unusable due to its dirty water. Despite having informed the manager multiple times about the age composition of our group both before and after booking, our concerns were not addressed transparently. Initially presented with images of spacious rooms in the old building, we were disappointed upon check-in to discover the unfinished state of our accommodations. Subsequently, we learned that the hotel had been fully booked for a wedding ceremony, leaving us with subpar rooms. While some of these issues were acknowledged by the manager during our discussions, no corrective action was taken. Although the hotel staff was friendly, they lacked the necessary professional training to address our basic needs adequately. Nevertheless, they endeavored to accommodate us to the best of their abilities.
I visited Meraki, where I found Mr. Krishna. He is very helpful and soft spoken. I was already full of appetite but due to his behaviour only, me and my companion had drinks and foods. Although, food was delicious. Ambience is almost good and hospitality is at paramount. This is only a thing that makes any hospitality industry at the peak. I suggest everyone who comes to see the beauty of Jharkhand, they must visit here.
A treelined buffer to cut out the noise but just off the highway, access is a plus point for this resort. View from the rooms is excellent with hills starting just across the huge lawn. Service and food quality are good. The furniture and toilet fixtures could have been better.
