乾淨衛生舒適 位置較好 如果是在布城這邊絕對是同價位首選 不算很新但是還不錯 緊鄰IOI商場 吃飯購物很方便 這邊沒有太多大牌比較平民消費的 商場裏的餐飲都有6%服務費和10%稅費 酒店入住離店都比較順利早餐沒訂所以不確定怎麼樣 應該會有印度和馬來餐在其中 圖片是馬來西亞小吃可以嘗試下很有特色

Excellent service from booking confirmation, fast check in, free parking, welcome drink and during check out. Our room was in superb condition, very fancy but room size was just ok. Breakfast selection was limited but the quality was top tier. Swimming pool was top notch. Sky bar wasnt ready yet. It was a pleasent short trip for us. Thanks for the arrangement for my wife birthday. It was a memorable trip and hope to come back again.

The hotel staff is not much helpful when needs required. The hotel location is ideal for my class, the cleanliness is acceptable.The shower head holder was broken..

附近有I.O.I大型商場， 購物點都非常充足，每小時有Shuttle Bus 晚上可以到附近的清真寺，走走看看 酒店泳池和自助早餐非常豐富舒服，每天晚上還有唱歌表演

Location: Vey strategic location which is near to shopping mall, IOI city mall (by car 5 minutes) and Alamanda Shopping mall (by car 11minutes), near to Putra Mosque (by car 15 minutes) and Botani Park (by car 11 minutes). Cleanliness: A large and very clean comfortable room. Service: hotel staff were so helpful but the only THING I HATE IS THE CHECK OUT TIME WAS 1PM, BUT THE ELECTRIC WAS CUT AT MY ROOM 12.20 WHEN I WAS USING TOILET WHAT IF ACCIDENT HAPPEN. (already inform the staff). Facilities: Outdoor parking is spacious, have 2 food & beverages vending machine but only 1 lift well functioning. Overall ok to me especially for short term stay.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

環境不錯，不會很吵，衹是看起來有點舊，一進房間是，床單有點臟，就聯繫客服，他們很快的替我們換了新的房間，房裡基本的用品都有，水也挺大的，床不會太硬或太軟，是不錯的住宿，早餐就還好，沒有什麼特別的.可能四周都是政府機構，所以早餐時間遇到80%都是馬來同胞，都穿着政府機構的制服居多

在check in的時候服務人員很貼心，在我還沒有給他資料之前，他就先詢問是不是哪位客人（名字），覺得很棒。 隨後辦好入住後，看到房間門口都有不一樣顏色的小鳥做裝飾，覺得很可愛。房間很高挑，一進去就感覺很放鬆，床很大也很舒服，寢具很有品質，是cp值很高的飯店。

Hotel berdekatan dgn kedai makan dan groceries. Mudah utk beli makan dan beg runcit. Hotelpun murah, padan dgn harga. Complete dan bersih. Next boleh stay sini lagi.

房間很大，園林很大很有設計感，在一個公園裡，前台服務相當好，本來應該全5分，但早餐實在拉胯。但是入口的門太重而且開了之後沒有間隙，把手壓到青紫了。還有就是早餐實在太差，全是印度餐或冷食。而且飲料也是全勾兑的感覺很劣質的。
