my experience on this trip.com.. not the hotel.. yes, hotel doing goods.
but the service by trip.com very upset me and my client. i was booked a room with a window ya you correct got NO WINDOWS.luckily the service from this hotel good and show that mistake come from trip.com..
big upset.. i don't know how to react. they did refund me. what my mistake is I don't know the different prices no windows and have windows.
if u on my place, please check again your booking with client are they get correct room ??? i attached some picture a lesson for trip.com and me with this service.
