Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Selbst wenn die beiden Buchten auch öffentlich zugänglich sind, hat man eine exklusive Lage. Die Liegen am Pool/Garten sind leider zu Wenige, weshalb bereits ab 7 Uhr fast alle reserviert sind.

Hôtel bien situé ! Malheureusement très peut d’ensoleillements pour les chambres vue mer soit 45 mn le matin. A noter qu’il n’y a pas de chauffage au mois d’octobre… chambre humide et piscine intérieure fermée ! Aucunes solutions proposées par l’hôtel !

Punta negra in majorca is wort hotel i have stayed in. Rooms awful, damp and dangerous. My family have been ill since this trip due to the damp. I couldn't unpack my cases as didn't want clothes to smell ! Management amd directors even worse ! Zero care for my children and to make matters worse our bags were stolen along with passports and my daughters asthma medication ! STOLEN !! No one cared or helped. My view is that it was an inside job ! They have sold the hotel but the H10 hotel group management and directors are awful people ! No care , no security , no cctv. Just nothing ! Stay away at all costs ! To add insult to injury i had to Pay for this horrible experience !

Unfortunately the only thing that was 4star like was the size of the room. And the location. Badly maintained property, poor breakfast service, quite dirty pool area. Unfortunately we would not recommend this place, its not worth the money you pay. The ocean view is nice.

The enticing pictures on the website of the the rooms, grounds and beach were not what we encountered. We booked a duplex suite, and the room we were given looked completely different than the pictures shown. We felt we had been completely deceived. Our room was extremely dark, unmodernised, very noisy, right next to the kids pool, had a very small outside space and unappealing views. The air conditioning was not powerful enough to offer much relief from the heat and was extremely rattling and noisy. Many of the buildings on the grounds look tired and run down. The two beaches are tiny and very overcrowded, and largely taken over by loud teenagers. We give two stars instead of one because the room was clean, because the receptionists tried to find us an alternative room (the hotel was fully booked and the other available rooms were smaller and in an unappealing block with courtyard views) and because we were allowed to cancel and receive a refund for the remainder of the booked stay. We left first thing in the morning after the first night.

we have stayed at several H10 hotels. H10 Punta Negra has a nice location and small nice beach. That said, the H10 Punta Negra hotel does not live up to its 4 stars. the hotel is very worn, aircon does not work in the bar and e.g. are the beds on wheels so that a double bed rolls apart. we can therefore unfortunately not recommend this hotel.

One of our favourite hotels to visit. A charming, peaceful hotel with beautiful grounds, two pools and access to two private beaches. Lovely sea view room, vast breakfast and a restaurant worthy of Michelin stars. Not to forget the lovely alfresco terrace there too. Soon to be redeveloped by the Mandarin Chain of hotels, it’s obvious why they chose this gorgeous location to invest such a vast sum of money to build their next premium hotel. Thank you to director Marcos, Heiki and all the super friendly staff. You all made our last stay at the Punta Negra as we know it most memorable and very special. Hope to see you there in the future. This hotel has such a charm that I am very sad to see it close forever :-( I had an incredible stay with my partner and we were able to visit Palmanova and Portals during these days. I want to make a special mention to Miguel who has recommended us beautiful restaurants with very nice views and he helped us. A professional from head to toe. Also to his partner María Jesús for her great professionalism. You should be proud to have them. The hotel is magnificent, the views incredible, the restaurant, I have no words to describe it, the staff, everything. It is a pity it has been sold. I hope that if I go to that hotel again, it will still have the same essence as this hotel.

This hotel is located next to a small beach and is in a very quiet area. Probably a holiday here would be better with a hire car, but there are good local bus services. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. They had upgraded me to a room with a sea view which was lovely. My room was both comfortable and stylish. TV, nespresso machine, safe, bathrobes and complimentary water were all present in the room. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of cold and hot options and was again served with nespresso coffee. The on-site restaurant is excellent although expensive and there is a nice bar area. The pool area looked attractive. Overall this would be a great stay for couples. Families with younger children might not find enough to keep them entertained. I would definitely want to come back again.
