米洛酒店(Hotel Miro')

El Hotel no brinda servicios 4 estrellas. La habitación es amplia pero el mobiliario antiguo y las paredes y techo despintados con insectos pegados. La ventilación es mala y había mosquitos durante la noche. La dicha del baño funcionaba mal. El desayuno se sirvió en un local pequeño y fue muy básico y de poca calidad.

Località molto bella con camerieri molto simpatici ed educati. Consiglio a tutti di venire in questo posto. Soprattutto il signor Luigi che, con la sua immensa allegria, riesce a portare un sorriso a tutte le persone con cui parla. Camere perfette e molto ordinate.

Experiência Ruim. Apartamento 61 Quarto sujo. Paredes riscadas e sujas. Banheiro tb sujo. Box do banho com acúmulo de sujeira. Sem sabonete para banho. Exaustor do banheiro sem limpeza. Não recomendado. Farei registro tb para CVC. Outros hóspedes nesse dia com mesmo problema.

Hotel muy descuidado, suciedad en la moqueta, no solo por los pasillos, sino dentro de la habitación, baños con muchísimo moho, desayuno sin comentarios.., seguramente ha teñido tiempos mejores pero ahora mismo es para salir corriendo.., menos mal que fue una estancia corta dado que estaba dentro de un circuito, así que si reserváis un circuito por Italia y veis este hotel no dudéis en hablar con la agencia de viajes.

El 25 de octubre de 2023, nos alojamos con un grupo en viaje organizado, la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, no se parece a las fotos de la pagina, y el trato recibido fue pésimo y llegando al extremo de que se me levantó la voz en el comedor, por una camarera, solo por solicitar que se calentara un vaso de leche de avena. Sobre la ducha, que como he dicho no se parece en nada a las imágenes de la web, se envía unas fotos de un video muy esclarecedor al respecto

Hotel molto buono, il personale é veramente amichevole e simpatico, cibo veramente buono, camere sempre pulitissime e ordinate, molto spaziose e moderne e infine forza Luigi il migliore di tutti seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

La limpieza y el mantenimiento pésimo, tapa de inodoro vieja y rota, ducha llena de moho y sarro, estantería y toallero descolgado. En el bufet la comida no estaba nada buena, sin variedad, sin productos frescos. No había otras opciones de leche, lleve la mía y se negaron a calantarla con muy malas formas. El personal no está preparado para tratar a los clientes, no Dan ni contestan a los saludos.

El sábado 23 de septiembre a la hora del desayuno la experiencia fue horrible, llegamos a desayunar y nos encontramos con una fila interminable para entrar, sin que nadie controlara el acceso y en un abrir y cerrar de ojos nuestra mochila desapareció, a otros huéspedes también les robaron la billetera y a un 3er caso un bolso con pasaportes incluidos. El hotel no cuenta con cámaras en este sector y tampoco mostró empatía por querer ayudar, mi impresion es que estarían coludidos con parte del personal. Pusimos la denuncia en la Estación de policía. NO RECOMENDABLE POR NINGÚN MOTIVO.

Absolutely the worst, and I mean the worst, hotel we have ever stayed in in all the years of travel. Where to begin? Check in was a joke. Man at the desk was rude, abrupt and frankly more interested in anything else but his guests. Very vulgar and shady looking. Checked into a room on the main floor. It stunk. A/C not working. There was standing water in the bathtub. Dirty. Asked to change rooms and the rude guy from the front desk said there were no other rooms available in the entire hotel! He said he would send the maintenance guy to look at our room because obviously a tourist doesn't know what they are talking about. The maintenance guy showed up . He looked at the tub and tried to drain the water and couldn't until he pulled out a knife to pry the plug out. He told us "just don't have a bath"! As for the a/c not working, a few bangs of the unit got it going for about thirty seconds. Then it quit, so opening the window was the solution to that. The filter was plugged with grim, but I am sure that wasn't the only problem here. Asked for the Manager. He finally did appear in the room and was astonished with the state of the room. The Manager then had to argue with the front desk rude guy and the young maintenance worker in front of us for a while. Soon the Manager got us a new room on a higher floor with was clean and everything working. Now for the dinner. Limited, poor food and rude staff. Is everyone here unhappy? At breakfast I made the mistake of sitting at an unoccupied table that was suppose to be for someone else and the serving staff told me to move. Not politely, but MOVE NOW. I said I would finish my bowl of cereal and leave and she stood there at said NO. MOVE NOW. Needless to say, our day didn't start well. Don't even drive by this place. Not worth your time.
