Novotel Setubal está renovando sus habitaciones a un muy buen ritmo y esto les ha hecho ganar muchos puntos de golpe. Una acertada reforma en el baño, y también en la habitación, le dan una imagen mucho más actual y acogedora al hotel, si nunca fue un mal hotel, ahora renace de una forma más moderna y con un mejor aspecto visual y especial comodidad. El hotel además al unísono de la reforma, amplía su variedad de servicios incluyendo dentro de sus instalaciones un puntero club de pádel con unas pistas de inmejorable calidad que unidas a sus jardines y su gran piscina lo hacen uno de los mejores hoteles de Serubal, si no el mejor. El personal es atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte con aquello que puedas necesitar y lo más importante, creando un clima donde sentirse 100% en familia. Este hotel es una apuesta segura, si lo eliges, no te equivocas.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 months and had a great experience. I would like to highlight the attention I received from the staff at the bar/restaurant, especially Maéva, who is an excellent professional, very attentive and dedicated, and definitely made my stay at the hotel even more enjoyable.

קיבלנו חדר מסריח שלשהות בו הרגיש כמו להיות בשירותים ציבוריים במדינת עולם שלישי. אנשי הקבלה הבינו ברוב טובם שהחדר לא ראוי ללינת לילה ומאחר והמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה, לצערנו רק בחצות אישרו החזר מלא על התשלום ועזרו לחפש לנו מלון אחר. לעולם לא נתארח שוב או שנמליץ לחברנו להתארח שם. לא קיבלנו אפילו שיחת התנצלות מטעם המלון על הטירטור שנאלצנו לעבור באמצע הלילה. ממש בושה וחרפה. היינו במשך 15 ימים בפורטוגל ונהננו מהמלונות, זה היה הליחה האחרון והחוויה הנוראית הזאת השאירה טעם מר לכל החופשה. כמה חבל.

Hotel desagradável, com quartos para não fumadores.....contudo, encontramos beatas no chão...os lençóis das camas não nos pareceram higiénicos.....os quartos são muito decorados do forma antiga e pouco higiénicos. Não gostamos do atendimento ...muito distantes....enfim....aconselhamos a mudar um pouco de tudo.....não recomendamos.

The hotel has lots of potential but it all goes down the drain because of the lack of higiene, mainly on the bedrooms. Even after we talked with the reception, the following days were the same. The installation, the pool, outside courts were all ok, but the cleaning crew has to be adjusted, both the the rooms and in the breakfast lobby

Si l'hôtel était uniquement mesuré à la qualité du personnel il meriterait son statut 4☆. Sommes restés profondemment deçus par les installations et services qui ne correspondent pas à un hotel de ce calibre. A réaménager: le "crépis"des chambres à lisser et "home staging" pour le mobilier des annees 90, SDB à mettre rapidement au goût du jour, TV sans TF1 ou M6 alors que nous sommes dans un hotel du groupe ACCOR pour ne pas parler de la taille de l'écran. Un Ibis Style en France possède de meilleures prestations! (Acces chromecast par exemple)

This is a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel. The units that were recently renovated got the landlord special: the doorknobs were falling off the bathroom door, the A/C just didn’t work (the staff insisted it did, but we needed to open the window regardless), and the shower doesn’t have a proper barrier so water gets literally everywhere despite your best efforts. The rooms are tiny giving you no space to get takeout or eat a snack. There are plenty of tables downstairs and poolside but the staff insist you cannot bring outside food even though there is no restaurant using those tables and the tables have no use outside of breakfast. The rooms are expensive for the location and amenities. There is a pool but honestly you don’t come to Portugal to swim in a hotel pool. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never had a worse experience at a so-called “4-star” hotel. At least with 3 star hotels they’re cheaper and you know what you’re getting. We actually had a better stay at another local hotel last week. A large family suite with powerful air conditioning for far less than this tiny double bed room with a vent that blows oddly humid and slightly cool air.
