The service is really good only because she had the movie The second room wasn't clean and the third room was also not very clean but it was at least cleaner than the second round that I got it that I was in .. also trip kind of sucks itself because the platform it is because I ordered a suite and I paid extra for suite but that's not what they consider a suite so I had a double queen room

It could have been nice if the pool and spa were able.

The hotel itself was amazing! Beds comfy, slept very well! Room smelled horrible, light flickered, desk was notified, bathroom had hair everywhere, beer caps, on the floor, room had an odor. Yes I cleaned up the room prior to me staying completely in the room. TV wouldn’t stay on. Fridge rattled all night, pillows were comfortable though. Unfortunately, the reservation was non refundable so we had to stay. Otherwise we probably would have left and for the price we weren’t losing that amount of money. The location I have to admit is perfect, close to everything, shopping, food, gas, interstate you name it. The staff, I can’t speak enough on the staff, friendly, kind and very welcoming. This isn’t my usual hotel when I come to Columbia, but it was a stay.

Après plusieurs visites a cet. Établissement, il a a un manque sur la propreté et le déjeuner quoique moins complet était juste correct.

I am not very demanding when it comes to hotels but this hotel was not clean , smelled horrible and ac In the room did not work , tv didn’t work and sheets were not the cleanest.

The man working at the counter was super unprofessional and on the phone the entire time i was trying to check in.

Room was not clean, sheet had dirty stain. The sheets were smelling with odors of not been dried properly. Did not meet my expectations.

This was a very nice stay in my time of need. The front desk staff was very nice and professional and so helpful they made my day and helped me and my family get settled in. I would come back again whenever I needed to

It was a roof above our heads, but not the best place very dirty. Not much for breakfast. Our room didn't had microwave, pool was close. Our room will smell like rotten eggs when the ac turn on. When off the room had a nasty smell too. Dont recommended staying there. We had no other choice since everything was book because of a soccer tournament.

If you like cleaning your hotel rooms prior to staying, this is the place for you. If you like having your food in questionable refrigerators and microwaves, this is the place for you. If dust is best for your health, this is the place for you. If you don’t expect lightbulbs in light fixtures, this is certainly the place for you. Oh, and if you like laying on nasty looking pillows, they got you!

That place is so nasty the bath clothes were dingy the remote didn’t work changed it out 3 times that place needs to be updated it’s just nasty and run down

For a Third World experience, try this place. From our first encounter at check-in with a semi-conscious attendant to the first room we had where someone had defecated in the shower to the second where neither TV no lamp functioned, it was a disaster. Steer clear of this place.

I have stayed at this CI&S location for the past 10 years, each February when in town on business. My stay has always been comfortable and enjoyable. This year I found this location to be lacking in all departments. The air conditioner in my room was not working and the room was too warm which did not allow for restful sleeping conditions. There was no not water for a shower the first morning. The chair at the desk in my room was torn and the cushion was exposed. There was no one working at the breakfast station the first morning, there was no fresh fruit, no OJ, no yogurt, no bagels, the coffee was luke warm and the selection of food available was sub-par. The second night the AC was still not working, but I did have hot water for a shower the 2nd morning. There was someone working at the breakfast station the 2nd morning, so some of the basics were restocked, but the coffee was still luke warm (tasted like same carafe from the day before). When I was ready to check out, no one was at the front desk, so after waiting for a couple minutes, I just left the keys on the counter. I paid $250 for two nights ... I was very disappointed with my stay and will probably not stay at this location again.
