Absolutely Loved this place, the associates were very friendly. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, and it was in a perfect spot to where we were wanting to be. I am going to always be staying here when i come to tennesee

Staff at hotel was absolutely fantastic! Hotel will very soon be undergoing renovations but rooms were still very clean. For the price and the are this is a fantastic hotel to stay at!

Great hot water, hair dryer and tv but had dust on tables beside beds rings from previous drinks dirty towel laying in front of tv, floor was grity feeling and bed sheets had grity feel to them too. There was no lamps so the lighting was poor. But all in all it was alright i guess it also has great access to back streets so you can bypass alot of traffic.

We continue to stay at this quaint little hotel. They are constantly renovating as new owners had just acquired it on our last trip I think.

Needed a overnight stay. Way overpriced. Needed cleaning. Ba carpet. Very bad smoke smell i the room. Tub nasty. Hole in the wall.Clean bedding and towels. Service deskgirl very nice we complained about the room. She was going to try to move us to another room but everything was packed due to events. Like i stated the service desk was good, tried to help. But everything was pretty much booked for the weekend.

Limited parking, room floor needs vacuuming When I checked in the desk clerk lied about the room. She said I could be upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the river for $10 more per night instead of the room in the building where I checked in. I said ok. The room she gave me was the room number already on the pre check in form she had. Not trustworthy.

When we walked into the room it had an odor. The tv kept loosing internet connection and the coffee pot was nasty so before I could make coffee I had to clean the filter part out.

We arrived to go in room # 1. It reeked of *****(marijuanna ). We ask to be moved 2nd. Room. Commode broke, tv non-functioning, air-conditioning Non-functional. Room filthiest I have ever seen. Don’t go. Ask for refund. We got a partial. Don’t use third party to book.
