Situado en el lo mejor de Sevilla. Céntrico. Limpio. Espacioso. Equipado. Dos TV. Cafés de cortesía. Ducha gustosa. Ropa de cama de primera. Totalmente equipado como si estuvieras en casa. Repetiría sin duda este alojamiento si volviera a Sevilla

La camera è grande, attrezzata con una cucina essenziale e dotata di macchinetta del caffè e di un bollitore. il bagno è comodo con phon in dotazione. la zona del’ hotel è abbastanza centrale per raggiungere la maggior parte dei monumenti a piedi anche se non proprio in centro. ottima l’accoglienza e la comunicazione sia per i dati del check-in che per ulteriori esigenze, molto utile anche il check-in online. L’hotel si trova vicino ad un mercato dove consigliamo il bar panetteria picnic. la camera era pulita, dotata degli asciugamani necessari, con Wi-Fi gratuito e aria condizionata. Nell’hotel è presente una terrazza dove si può prendere il sole. in conclusione molto consigliato

El alojamiento es el sitio perfecto para llegar con coche desde la misma avenida junto al rio, aparcar en el parking del mercado (18 euros/dia) que está justo cruzando la calle y tienes las principales atracciones de Sevilla al rededor del apartamento. Es la situación perfecta, sin tenerte que callejear en coche por el centro de la ciudad. No te atiende nadie a la llega. El check-in se hace por internet y te mandan los códigos. Esto es una ventaja, pero sí que es importante que lo tengas en cuenta si haces el pago por agencia, porque tendrás que volver a hacer un nuevo registro con todos los documentos de los huéspedes y darles nuevamente la tarjeta de crédito. En mi caso tuve problemas porque estaba de viaje y desde el móvil su plataforma me daba problemas, pero fueron muy amables y telefonicamente me resolvieron el asunto.

We booked the Zentral because it was central and close to all the activities we wanted to do. Sadly we could not recommend these apartments as there were several problems during our stay: 1) Check was diabolical as we were told through *********** that we would get our entry codes on the morning of our stay. Fair enough but on our arrival in Seville on the morning of our stay we still had not received them. I emailed the apartments from Seville airport and was told again we would get our codes on the morning of our stay- even though it was noon. We ended up getting a taxi to the apartments and at 2:30 we arrived- still no code - we ended up having to phone the, to get in! 2) During these pandemic times one would think the apartment was stocked with hand soap. There was none, we had dish soap and shampoo but would it be too much to supply a bar of hand soap?. A small complaint as well was that there no corkscrew for wine and we asked for one but our request was ignored. 3) The worst part of our stay was the fact that there was a homeless encampment on the square outside our bedroom window. Each day and night there was constant noise from the inhabitants. At times it was so noisy that we had to keep the windows shut. When we complained to management we were told there was northing we could do. We spoke to another set of guests who were experiencing the same issue and they suggested calling the police. On our second night we though the situation was resolved as the police came and brought a maintenance crew who housed down the area. We thought that this would resolve the problem. We were wrong. All that happened was the homeless watched whiles the area was cleaned and set up camp again. This happened throughout our stay , the homeless were there throughout the day and night. One individual was constantly talking and then the police came around midnight with a cleanup crew. This happened on each of the 5 nights we stayed. Granted one could argue we could have moved hotels, but I did not want to have to argue with *********** to get a refund The rooms were comfy and the bed was comfortable. There is a nice outdoor deck with furniture. The location is perfect. There was no on-site staff so all communication was via what’s app or email. It’s was sad because Seville was great to visit but the situation at night time made it hard for us

Perfect accommodation. We have a private pateo and was great. The location is perfect as you can visit center Sevilla from there, and no need to use the car. In front of the apartment there is an parking 19,50€ a day. The staff was very helpfull. The only thing that was not nice, was the fact that we had to make the sofa bed ourselves. If you already knew that the reservation needed to use the sofa bed, this could already be prepared.

The location is ideal for sightseeing and to relax by the river, doing a bike tour (a tour company is right next door at the market), to do grocery shopping (again, the market with a bakery, fresh fruits, cheese/meat) or to see a flamenco show (in the same building). For a longer stay, the laundry self-service shop inside he market will come in handy too. We picked the place mainly because we were looking for a self-catered apartment and still wanted to be in walking distance to all the areas of the city center. The big roof terrace is one of the nicest things about the building, at our time of stay we never met any other guests there, but then the apartments did not appear fully booked either. Everything was nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable. The area is very busy, so arriving with a rental car can be a bit of a hazzle... There is no reception or staff at the location, but all questions we had were answered via the phone without any problems. The whole self-check-in process was not too clear and we were a bit anxious when we would get all details. In the end, all was fine and the door code always worked and was easy to handle. A few little details could be improved, e.g. we missed dishwashing materials, the living room space is a bit narrow if the sofa is used as a bed, the safe was locked and unclear how it works, some written instructions in general (e.g. emergency contact), the elevator was a bit unreliable. Still very good value for money and a good choice for a few days of city visiting. Overall, it seems some details and intentions have have changed a bit over the years, some of the pictures here on Tripadvisor show a "living room"-like lobby and coffee area (i.e. like you might expect in a hostel too) - this does exist, but was rarely open, not very inviting and seemed to serve more as a storage location for furniture etc. Not an issue for us though, as we had a big apartment plus the roof terrace. In low season the place appears a bit deserted, as there is no reception either that could feel a bit isolated for some guests.

estuvimos en el primer piso, hay asensor. es muy linda la decoracion y ambientacion del lugar. el departamento era amplio a pesar de ser de 1 solo dormitorio. le faltaba un poco de limpieza y ni siquiera habian revisado el baño ya que habia una toalla usada colgada del viajero anterior :( el departamento era luminoso a pesar de no dar a la calle. la ubicacion era muy buena, nos permitio hacer todo a pie
