Perfect location and the staff was excellent. I did have 2 different days of ceiling leaks in the bathroom. Staff offered different room but I just opted to have them fix without me moving. Not a luxury hotel but would definitely stay again. Easy to walk everywhere from there. Would have given 5 stars but the rooftop terrace was not serving drinks on any of my 7 days.

This is an excellent hotel with the best location close to all the main attractions (within walking distance). Our rooms on the 4th floor had an amazing view of Las Setas and the soundproofing meant there was very little noise from outside. The staff are very courteous and helpful and Seville is a must see destination. The architecture, history and the flamenco dancing at the Tablao (across the street) all come together to make you fall in love with Seville! The only small issue is that the hotel doesn't have dinner facilities at this time (it's only been open two months) but this wasn't a problem as there are so many places to eat nearby. I would definitely recommend Ocean Drive Hotel and Seville for a wonderful city break.

Great hotel - perfect for a solo stay! I was in the Premium Standard, which included two little tub chairs, a king bed (two singles pushed together but they didn't move!) and a huge bathroom with a great shower, bidet and two sinks. The location is great, 10 mins away from the Giralda and central city, and opposite you have a great department store with a supermarket underneath as well as Aldi on the other side - no more than 30 seconds, if that! I opted not to include breakfast, and there are no shortage of options in the locality. There are also a ton of fast food eateries - McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell are around the corner if you need an emergency feed. The room was spacious, and came with a kettle - but no coffee sachets, only tea. The bed wasn't as comfy as other hotels, however it was by no means uncomfortable. The pillows were soft, and the room in general was lovely and well decorated. The wardrobe had a lot of hangers - a plus - but there was no iron. The window opened (a big deal for me!) and I was overlooking a side street. I could see the top of the bell tower from my room, so that was nice! The cleaning staff were really friendly, and did a great job day after day - lovely team all round. There is no complimentary water, you have to pay for the ones in the mini fridge which, given it was late spring/early summer and was very hot, I thought was an oversight. One of the reasons this is getting 4/5 rather than 5/5 is that the room is not sound proof - I could hear everything going on in the other room adjacent as well as all the traffic from the corridor. Which also means they could probably hear what I was doing in mine too - worth bearing in mind if you play music or have the TV on loud! If you're looking for total quiet, this might not be the right place as evenings start late in Seville and go on until at least 11pm, so people come back to the hotel around midnight. Overall, I would come back - I loved it! Location is 5*, and if you're travelling alone as a woman, this hotel is safe and in a busy area on a main(ish) street. I felt absolutely safe the whole time in the city and around the hotel. Definitely worth the cost!

Really good stay for a couple of nights. Very good location, wonderful service from the staff, breakfast spread very suitable, clean throughout the property. The only thing I would criticise for our room (103) is that the air conditioners didn't really work properly and could do with an upgrade. Very recommended is visiting Seville!

A most wonderful hotel. The rooms were wonderful. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was a great bonus and the food was fantastic. Staff stayed up really late for our arrival and took real care . Our rooms were spacious and cool . The bathroom had everything. Real thought had been given to the needs of the tourist.

Las habitaciones adaptadas reformadas son con ventana,,,,aunque nos dieron una sin reformar porque la solicitamos con terraza...pero no se podía acceder a ella pues no tenía el cierre la medida adecuada Pienso que las personas en silla de ruedas tienen derecho también de disfrutar de una terraza y no conform**** solo con habitaciones Basicas........ Esto es generalizado en bastantes hoteles

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nella settimana della feria de april, hotel pulito, ottima colazione, parcheggio coperto sotterraneo compreso nel prezzo. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piscina ben tenuta teli piscina gratuiti. Per raggiungere Siviglia ci vogliono 10 minuti di auto la superstrada è vicinissima all’hotel. Personale gentilissimo.
