Wir waren von 14.07. bis 31.07. 2024 bei Hrn. Andreas. Wir hatten ein Apartment für 4 Personen mit Dachterasse und sehr schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Zusätzlich in einem Zimmer Balkon für 4 Personen. Die Zimmer werden jeden 2. Tag gereinigt und alle 3-4 Tage frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. WC-Paper und Duschgel war ebenfalls da. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, Liegen und Hängematte waren ausreichend vorhanden. Zum Strand 2 Minuten, man konnte hauseigene Liegen und Schirme zum Strand mitnehmen. Strand selbst war ok, sandig, etwas Seegras, am Wasserrand ca. 3 Meter Kiesel dann Sand; bei empfindlichen Fussohlen empfehlen wir Schwimmschuhe. Sehr wenig Leute am Strand, Meer war sehr sauber, klar und in der Früh spiegelglatt. Die Einrichtung selbst war zweckmäßig, es gab einen schönen Grill, wir hatten ihn 4-5 mal in Gebrauch. In der Umgebung einige gute Restaurants und Supermarkt und Bäckerei zu fuß erreichbar.Bei längerem Aufenthalt ist ein Leihauto sicher von Vorteil (auch um Kreta zu erkunden) Herr Andreas war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat uns Empfehlungen gemacht und unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Je recommande au plus plus et Dieu sait que je suis exigeante Superbe emplacement un excellent rapport qualité prix et Andreas est juste au top À peine deux minutes de la plage des transats prêtés une piscine nickelle à deux pas en voiture des environs de Rethymno et au centre de toutes les visites de l île je recommande à 200% L accueil la propreté la communication je ne peux que dire que cet endroit n est sans aucun regret Si vous voulez du calme un accès à la mer et peu de distance en voiture pour toutes les visites de l ile allez y les yeux fermes et pensez à réserver via Andreas vos excursions Jamais vous ne serez décus

Shame to leave this gem of a place. Absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Great space with 2 bathrooms, different balconies and a stunning roof terrace. We cant wait to go back and possibly take other family members to use the other apartments on offer. Just over an hour from Chania airport and the location is perfect to explore other areas of the island. Great bus service and a stop literally within minutes of the complex. Restaurants, coffee shops, a few mini markets all within a short distance. There is nothing we could have added to make this place more enjoyable. We are not sure why but the mosquitos were pretty bad to combat, maybe the location near open land/ grass at the complex but we savaged daily as a whole family. Only at the apartment. Out and about was fine. I did read this has been fine for previous users but maybe 2024 a bad year for insects. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and offered lots of help to make our holiday great. Thank you :-)
