Des avis très positifs figurant sur le site - mais rien de plus récent que le printemps 2017 - bizarre. Personnellement je ne donnerai qu'une note moyenne : chambre de grande taille, bon lit de 160 (180?), vraie douche; environnement très tranquille (toutefois s'assurer qu'il n'y a pas de réception de mariage prévu dans le grand barnum juste devant les chambres...). Par contre propreté très perfectible et méfiance si le séjour est prévu en été mais avec des températures extérieures faibles : chauffage coupé en été, y compris dans la salle de bain...Personnel très jeune, de bonne volonté, mais qui aurait besoin d'être plus encadré.

Thank you to Michael (Manager), Miles (our waiter), Chef and the kitchen team for making my Mother's 80th birthday so very special. We had the scullery room with a lovely Inglenook fireplace which Michael had lit and made the room so cosy. My husband had wanted the curry but wasn't on the menu this lunchtime but the Chef kindly made two portions for him and my father which they thoroughly enjoyed! The food was amazing and everyone finished their plates! :-) We were a mixed age party from 2 years old to 80+ everyone was catered for. A day she was not looking forward to, was made to be fantastic, so a HUGE THANKS to Team Coppleridge! We will be back!

We came here for our christmas party and it was amazing. Great room and lovely food, staff were brilliant and we all had an amazing time! Would definately book again for any occasion

Stayed here for my birthday weekend to celebrate with family and friends. Lovely place to stay in beautiful countryside all around. Big, comfy rooms and great food. Really friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed my birthday

My husband & I got married here in July 2024, the staff, the venue, the food were all outstanding. Micheal, Tina & Graham were always there on the end of the phone or an email whenever we needed to ask something & the day went so smoothly it was a perfect wedding, everything I could've wished for. We had the wedding in the woodland clearing in the arbor & the wedding breakfast in the medieval barn. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The bridal suite was lovely & they even let me have alpacas as my ring bearers.

Just got back from a wonderful three night stay at the Coppleridge Inn in Motcombe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent and home cooked. The room was large , light and airy and the bed extremely comfortable.The hotel is centrally situated and fairly close to several tourist attractions such as Bath, Exeter, Salisbury etc. You couldn't want for more and the views from the room are simply stunning.

We visited for our anniversary after getting married here 2 years ago. We were given a very warm welcome with two complimentary proseccos and guided to our table. The garden room was lovely and warm, nice music, and prompt service to offer menus and subsequently take our order.. The food was lovely, its nice to have options of something a bit different. We are "food snobs" in our friends opinions and can be a bit picky. The Bibimbap and fish and chips didn't disappoint. The deserts were also amazing! We left with very full bellies, full hearts and looking forward to returning. The walk in the bluebell woods and a visit to the lambs are an absolute must. Thank you Tina and Graham. Amazing as always. X

Things we loved: Location is very pretty with rolling countryside all around. Friendly and helpful service. Good food. Things we didn't love: Rooms were freezing, we struggled to sleep. The inn provided 2 mini portable radiators, but given the size of room and poor insulation, it wasn't enough. There were also hairs (cat hair?) on one of my pillows - easy enough to brush off, but not what you'd expect from a 4* hotel (though rest of the room was very clean). Too cold to consider returning.

Tina & her team kindly agreed to open especially to host a Wake. Everything was perfect- the communication, welcome, service, food & surroundings. Perfect venue for intimate or family celebrations, in a beautiful part of Dorset. Thank you, Tina & Team
