Были с подругой 8 дней. Номер был с видом на лагуну, без него было бы грустно. Гостиница маленькая, народу мало. В номерах чисто, всё что необходимо есть. В номере тишина, несмотря на дорогу под окном (я боялась что будет шумно). Завтраки не как в Турции конечно, но всё есть, просто не по 20 сортов. Из недостатков хотелось бы шатл до пляжа не 1 раз в день, а хотя бы 2-3. Сейчас в 9 туда в 12 обратно и всё. Хотелось бы шатл в Дубай Молл хотя бы пару раз в неделю.

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

This is a great hotel and great location if you want to explore Sharjah. Right opposite a lush palm tree park and Al Noor Island and right next to Al Noor mosque which is just majestic! The souks and shops are not too far away and cheap access via taxis! There is pool and gym which is quiet and calm. But what makes this hotel so special is the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. From Nissan on floor 7 who went the extra mile everyday to the wonderful staff in the restaurant who made us feel like we were having a private dining experience- in particular Chef Shankar who made us delicious food every night, Shah Zain and Shah Qinar who always greeted us with kindness and great hospitality. Because of them we had a great stay and would highly recommended this hotel. We look forward to staying there again when we visit Sharjah!

I recently dined at the restaurant in 72 Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service, cleanliness, and delicious food. The hygiene standards are top-notch—the dining area and tables were impeccably clean, thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff who ensure a pleasant and safe environment. The service team was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to **Shahiqinar** for his warm hospitality and excellent service—he truly went above and beyond! The food was absolutely delightful, thanks to the talented chefs. Big compliments to **the Egyptian chef and the Indian chef** for preparing such flavorful and delicious dishes. Every bite was a treat, and their culinary skills truly shine through. Amezing hotel for stay rooms are very good the care taker of our All housekeeping special supervisor of housekeeping Munir are very polite and hard working they make our stay comfortable wherever we asking anything they are ready to service my family was so relaxed and very happy to stay in this hotel..thanks once again everyone.

Fantastic hotel with great service! Everything from check-in to breakfast was smooth. Shoutout to Santosh, the waiter—always cheerful, polite, and attentive. He made every meal feel special. Highly recommended! Will definitely book again!

The Hotel is rated very high. The hotel does not deserve more than 3 star. The breakfast was very back. Services are fine staff are fine. But what would you expect under this management? This is the same management of the Act hotel which is right behind it. Very bad…. I believe they should pay them a surprise visit to re-evaluate them.
