辛辛那提北部/沙倫維爾智選假日套房酒店(Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati-N/Sharonville)

This property makes me wonder what’s happening to the Holiday Inn Brand. I expect a level of service and cleanliness when staying at a holiday in. Throughout this facility, there were things that were unclean - the elevator, the hallway-trash was left out in the hallway all evening. There were things not in working order - the hallway lights would be off and then on randomly, the pool area wasn’t warm and inviting, the drains in both the sink and tub in our room were slow to drain. To start the visit the person at the front desk was wearing a wrinkled untucked shirt, the next morning while we were in the lobby for breakfast, he came back to work in the same wrinkled shirt. I slept fine and the room served it’s purpose but I find that I will look for alternate brands the next time I’m staying away from home.

The room was not well kept, with stained carpet and unstocked lavatory supplies. Room was not cleaned or tidied during our 2 night stay.

Our stay started off horrible with the checking took forever. They dont listen to what you say. Our room smelled horrible. The elevator stopped on us and got stuck. Employee told me thats normal to get stuck in them. They say free breakfast they dont keep it stocked had to keep letting them know. Went ask the guy at the desk to help the 1 person doing food he said not his job

I didn't like that a 50 dollar charge was put in my card for a "deposit" when it was not known or brought up before my stay, and I have yet to be reimbursed for it.

The room was dirty, the holder for the toilet paper was in pieces on the side of the sink.The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible the shower had a dirty seat that was stored underneath the sink on the floor. The room at a musty smell.

This was our second stay at this property and will be our last. Although the property was clean and comfortable, the indoor pool was freezing. We have two young children and were staying in Cincinnati in December. We specifically chose a hotel in this location with an indoor pool for our children. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told the heater was broken. Even the air in the pool room was freezing and the lights were off. They clearly did not expect anyone to use that pool. Additionally, the shower handle did not work properly. You could only get hot water with handle in one spot. We booked this as non-refundable room two months in advance. We checked in and then promptly visited a local attraction, arriving back at the hotel after 11. We did not discover the pool temperature or shower handle problems until after breakfast the next morning or we would have considered going to another hotel in the vicinity. If you just need a clean place to sleep, this hotel would be good. If you're traveling with kids and need something to pass the time, I would look elsewhere.

Staff was so rude and did not accommodate little things like an extra blanket without trying to “make a point”.

I specifically asked for handicapped accommodations. The room was on the third floor. The bed was high requiring a step stool to stand on to get in and out of the bed. There was a bathtub with a shower. There was no way to safely shower my handicapped mother safely. There were no anti slip grips in the bathtub. My friend slipped and hit her head in the bathtub. Very unsafe for able bodied individuals. This was not a handicapped person’s room.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast was very good :) Definitely recommend :)
