Overall: 5 out of 5, would recommend. Room cleanliness: 5 out of 5. The room was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The thermostat and AC worked well! Bathroom was clean, shower was nice. Breakfast: 5 out of 5. The staff was nice and responsive. They ran out of coffee and the staff member we told was quick to correct it, he even found us in the dining room to let us know fresh coffee was available. Breakfast selection was very good, scrambled eggs (one day had ham and cheese in them), sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, cereal. Nice selection. Evening Kickback: 5 out of 5. We arrived close to the end of Kickback time, but the staff still refreshed the food. Our choices included chicken fettuccine Alfredo, soup, baked potatoes, vegetables, and nachos. The drinks were delicious and appreciated! Front desk staff: 5 out of 5. The lady at check in was very nice, she inquired about the nature of our travel and we chatted about King’s Island and the Zoo. Safety concerns: 4.5 out of 5. We had seen some reviews where people said their cars were broken into. The parking lot was well lit and we had no issues. But also, didn’t have anything tempting in sight. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would happily recommend and return.

Fantastic experience! Truly one of the best budget hotel stays I've had. Great value, great food, unbelievably helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again and will look for the Drury name in my future travels elsewhere. Please don't change!

This hotel is excellent! It was close enough to the convention center that we could walk. The staff was so friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel was clean and very nice! Thank you for everything!

Super kind and friendly staff. Hotel was very clean and room was comfortable and quiet. 3 free drinks and a good buffet dinner. Served pulled pork sliders, baked beans, mac&cheese, coleslaw, hot dogs, nachos & cheese and chicken noodle soup. Indoor/ outdoor pool was as warm as the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Drury is the only place we stay! 100% every single time! Every amenities they offer are available and working properly, every staff treats you like royalty! And the food,kickback rock! Even other guests are friendly when you stay at a Drury!!! I recommend the king suites with 2 person jacuzzi tub! Relaxing!
