底特律烏蒂卡萬怡酒店(Courtyard Detroit Utica)

The hotel okay the carpet where my room was located did not lay flat needed to be tightened. I almost tripped on it a couple times while walking to my room. There was no coffee for the coffee maker For next morning so I tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room did not work. The man at the desk was aware of the phone not working and stated he would get coffee for me which never happened. Saturday evening you could smell ******** in the hall which was a non smoking hotel. Sunday morning during check out I went to the front desk to tell them the toilet was not working and to get a cart to load my car, I did not find anyone at the desk or at the cafe. When I went back into the room after loading my car to check make sure I didn’t leave anything the bathroom floor was flooded but I could not call the desk since my phone wasn’t working and no one was around in the halls. This hotel needs employees that can be around to help it’s guests! Also phones in the room are mandatory! For the amount I paid for two nights I could have stayed somewhere better and at least had coffee! I won’t be staying at a Marriott any time soon!

As we sat visiting with friends in the lounge area, two staff members got into a yelling fight, swearing at one another. It was very unprofessional. Also, the internet did not work, it would connect but show there were no open networks.

This hotel needs to imply new policies for guests who think it's okay to be extremely noisy the entire night. I couldn't sleep at all with the constant noise coming from the third floor above my room. It sounded so loud and even after calling the front desk and complaining of the noise, nothing was done. The tv in my room never worked at all. The cable box was unplugged and reset and the tv still said "no signal". The front desk was no help for either of these issues. Also, the next morning while taking a shower, the fire alarm went off and it was super inconvenient to have to rush to finish my shower for no reason. The elevator definitely needs to be updated because it seems like it's on its last leg and will break down at any given moment. For the price of the rooms, you would think you would be getting something worth your money. This hotel definitely needs to work on several areas before they charge the price they do. Terrible visit and even after letting the staff know of these issues I encountered, nothing was done to rectify the situation.

Very quiet clean and convenient location. I was not happy that the Starbucks location inside the hotel was closed before nine o’clock.

Housekeeping missed our room first night, had to go to the desk to get clean towels. Bathroom per 1980, exhaust fan loudest I ever heard, was not a typical Marriott, not a pleasant stay.

This is a run down property. Managers doesn't care about your experience. All the 5 star reviews are paid. Avoid this property.

Staff not very happy. Dirty towels left in room from previous guests, wallpaper falling off every wall in tool, smoke detector hanging from wires in hallway this was a dump for a Marriott

The room was filthy. Used bar of soap on the shower. Pillow cases inside. That tells me they didn’t change. They just flipped them. Conditioner bootle didn’t even give a dime size. Which tells me they didn’t replace. One bar of soap ? Shower yes. . Never again !
