休斯頓北／雪蘭多萬豪TownePlace酒店

Estuve 4 noches y la zona es preciosa, segura , cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Es práctico, cómodo, solo le falta mantenimiento, se siente sucio, las alfombras están muy sucias, no te hacen la limpieza a menos que lo pidas, te cobran el estacionamiento, ya había leído eso. Habia cucarachas en el cuarto, el desayuno no es agradable, les pedías café y decían que no tenían y sobre todo el personal de la cocina y recepción nada amable. Pienso que hay mejores opciones.

Mold on the Bagels Went into the kitchen for breakfast where my Daughter fount mold on her Bagel.The only problem is this was at the end of Breakfast meaning the Bagel way there all morning and it they were just serving moldy food all morning

For the most part, we enjoyed this hotel for our recent stay in The Woodlands. It was close to so much, but be aware that its location on the southbound feeder (interstate service road) makes it challenging to go north ... the direction of The Woodlands Mall, most of the medical centers, etc. since you can only turn south on the feeder road, so if you need to go north you either go west out of your way or turn south then make a U-turn a mile or so down the feeder. Also, the traffic on the feeder is heavy and fast most of the time, so you'll usually have to wait to even get out into traffic. But, the location itself was quiet and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. The breakfast was good, the pool area was clean and inviting, but the room was oddly arranged ... TV was on the side of the bed, so we had to watch it at an odd angle. And, the primary thing that kept me from giving this hotel a higher rating was the difficulty I had with the hotel's internet, and I couldn't even use my Amazon Firestick on the TV without having to go through their tech support (for which I was charged $4.95 for data assistance, although since I wasn't told about that until I checked out, the charge was reversed.) But we've stayed in MANY hotels and this is the first time we've ever encountered anything like this. Overall, there were some nice things about the hotel but we'll likely stay elsewhere next time.

Not good If it was king bed, Id be copletely floored. The room was musty and rust in the bathroom door jamb. I wasnt impressed. Marriott is not what it used to be. 😥

It was ok. Rooms are not new. AC is slightly noisy. The location of the TV is awkward. It is not in front of the bed, but on the side of the bed. You have to slide the TV out and rotate it. Breakfast was ok. No sausage, only bacon. No waffles or pancakes.

There was a terrible smell in the room when we arrived. They tried to cover it up by putting scented gel beads in the room. This smell made it worse. We would have gone to another hotel, but we were exhausted from helping family move to a third floor apartment.
