謝珀頓温達米爾汽車旅館(The Wyndhamere Motel Shepparton)

Was very disappointed with a couple of things. Stayed there as guest and went to order room service from Motel restaurant and could not use phone as it was broken. So used mobile and reception took my order and then had a call back about 5 minutes later to tell me that the restaurant was closed for a private function, so could not supply meal to Motel guest being me. Would have been good to be told before paid the $238 for a motel room and could not get a meal from restaurant. Would have stayed somewhere else.

No tea bags, no microwave, no cutlery or crockery, but very spacious and clean.

The window was left slightly open and there was a white tail on the wall. The fridge is sub standard with ice build up in the freezer compartment with no cover. Most disappointing was that the restaurant was closed with no mention of this in any of the advertising. This is a serious issue as this is why we chose this accomodation. We’ve stayed here previously and loved it. So sad, won’t stay here again.

Wifi is non existent, there is a toaster but no plates or cutlery. Fridge barely working a bit of maintenance certainly needs doing. Bed was comfortable.

Didn’t realise i was staying in the older one bedroom apartment which had a terrible smell inside and couldn’t access wifi. Also the clothes line was broken so had to hang them out in the motel and was worried about them being stolen by street folk walking through the motels road to the next street

Okay property, but Air conditioner noisy in room and other people noisy next door to our room, caused us to lose sleep

Wifi didn’t work Had to use AH bell to get my key at 5:30 ???
