I stayed at the most beautiful place yesterday — it truly exceeded my expectations. Although it’s in a slightly remote location, that actually added to the charm. The surroundings were stunning and peaceful, making it the perfect escape from the city. The service was absolutely five-star; everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Even the bathroom had massage features, which was such a luxurious touch. Every detail made me feel completely relaxed and taken care of. If you're looking for a hidden gem that offers both beauty and comfort, this place is 100% worth the visit.

A really lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had an executive double which was a good size with an excellent bathroom. A big bath which was very welcome. The location is quiet with some lovely country views. There is a spacious outside terrace perfect for catching a sunset. Breakfast was also enjoyable. If travelling by car this is a perfect base location.

Crossways is a good find. They have invested well to create a comfortable hotel with all the right amenities, a decent restaurant and, best of all, a really good set of 4 EV chargers. They're 7kW which is ideal for a relaxed overnight charge and very reasonably priced.

Great place to stay. We stayed for the night on the way back from a day at Bath. The hotel also communicated beforehand that there was an event on so our room would be the furthest away, which ended up being the case. It was very quiet whilst the rest of the hotel was very busy. The only recommendation was that it wasn’t clear what breakfast was available and it wasn’t until we ate cereal, fruit etc which was in the breakfast area that we seen others ordered cooked breakfast, so if we knew how and where beforehand it would have been the perfect experience. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Overall a good stay. Room for 4 people was nice and clean, the view from the window wasn't the best-overlooking the roof of the hotel, but we were only staying 1 night.. the restaurant food was good but we waited a long time due to ordering system fault.. however, the restaurant manager has sorted the problem out and offered us drinks on the house. Breakfast was very good and you can order a'la carte. Good stay overall.
