The clerk was friendly and helpful, and my reservation was handled efficiently. The hotel needs some major sprucing up though. The carpeting appeared filthy, but may have simply been worn out. The plumbing was barely adequate. I could shower and shave, but the drains were very slow.

I would give it negative stars if I could. I called an made a reservation for my disabled parent, autistic daughter, her service dog, an another dog. I asked if they had handicap rooms, which they did so I was very happy about that. We arrived an found out yes they have handicap rooms but no way for a wheelchair to enter the building. Both doors have a step. My father has an electric wheelchair that I literally had to pick up with him in it to get in the building. I asked if we didnt stay bc of it would i get a refund, stated no, so we had no choice bc we were on a budget. We got in the room an my daughter got sick bc of the smell. Also electrical socket hanging out of the wall, other electrical socket broken. Scooted the bed over an trash under the bed, trash still behind the night stand. went in the bathroom an a pill was laying on the floor. we do not use the blankets on the bed, we always bring our own blankets an pillows. A clump of hair on under the pillow. Again talked to front desk, was told i was lieing. Did not sleep that night bc of the knocking on the wall every 30 minutes. went to leave an realized on one of the pillows there was blood. You could tell it had been there for awhile. When i checked in i asked for a reciept was told could get it when i checked out. ok thats fine. Went to leave an checked bank bc as i said we were on a budget an we got charged twice, 2 different amounts. once when we checked in an once the next morning. I went in an asked the front desk lady about it. she said i was charged once, showed her my bank account. she didnt want to see it. Also tried to show her the pictures an i was still lieing. I asked for a receipt an at first she said no but finally went to give me one. Well she printed one but refused to give it to me. I showed her on receipt that i was charged twice. she said i would be refunded. The night shift person charged me on nightly closing. i asked if she could write her name an date on receipt just so i know who i talked to about the refund. she wrote a name an i asked what it was bc i couldnt read it. All i could tell it started with an R. she gave me a nasty look an took the paper an crumbled it up. Told me I was making her mad. She printed off another receipt an put it on desk saying i could have that one. I asked what her name was. this time she told me a different name. i stated that wasnt the name she wrote down. she said that was the name she was giving me. she asked if i stayed there an i said yes for the night bc we had no choice but i would like to be refunded that 2nd time i was charged. she told me i could leave. 9:32am that same day i got an email with 2 folio in it with 2 different prices. I talked to my bank about it being a preauth an bank said it wasnt. I called an talked to a gentleman bc it has been a few days. He stated i was only charged once, an i only have 1 folio. I asked for his email an I could forward him the email with 2. he refuse

We only stayed one night, we were just passing by from our road trip. The room was fairly clean, little musky smell in the room. They offer breakfast, they got a pancake machine. 🥞 Overall not bad to stay if passing, we had a pet as well. Make sure to have dinner early. Everything seem that closed early (we were there on a holiday, that way have been)

This is a terrible hotel, very dated and run down. Everything from the beds, bedding to the furniture is very dated worn. The carpets are stained, the room needed painting, the safety door latch was broken, the bed mattress was awful! Will never stay there again.

Just with the title says! This is a wonderful location, just on the Near North part of Sheridan. Nearby new c-store with large fuel station and plenty of local eats! Easy, convenient parking lot, quick check in process! Professional Managers and staff, very clean. We look forward to our return. -Joe R

On a road trip from WA and jut needing a place to sleep and hot showers. Staff was friendly, but the door keys only worked for one entry and had to be re-keyed multiple times for our 1 night stay. The bathroom shower bar was broken and the curtain kept opening on both ends and the sink plug wouldn’t stay open. The mattress is a typical hotel mattress that feels like a sheet of plywood.

The hotel is a disgrace to the name of Super 8/ Wyndham Sheridan. Absolutely everything is dilapidated, stained, dirty, sticky, and outdated. Breakfast is symbolic, not real. The towels are gray and hard (I washed the one we used). The furniture is dirty and stained. The locks are broken. These people do not care about their customers at all, only greedily grab money, while providing a level of service that you cannot find even in a provincial roadside motel these days. Terrible horror. Traveling from Canada to Chicago we agreed that this Super8 Sheridan WY the worst of any hotel/motel we have ever stayed at. We stopped here because the roads were closed. The hotel immediately almost doubled its prices. But they did not bother to clean at least the driveway to the building. We had run away, leaving a paid night in their greedy hands. We will never stay here again, and would not recommend it even for my enemies. Whoever gave them the license was either blind or corrupt.

This place is awful. I had an issue where I only needed 1 room when I had originally reserved 2 because someone i was traveling with contracted Covid, and they would not refund the 2nd room. The room was disgusting, the employees were unavailable when ******* called them - MULTIPLE TIMES - and they clearly do not care about their customers. I will never stay here again, ever. I do not recommend anyone using this hotel, stay in Buffalo or at another hotel if you can. I am very frustrated since I paid for something I didn't even use and they refused to refund me for it.

Definitely in need of cosmetic fixes. But the facility was clean, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked well. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere because we wanted more than a continental style meals

The place was dirty and in disrepair (so much for enhanced cleaning measures. It is rundown and very dated. The owner / manager was incredibly rude and tried to blame checkin issues on his “new” employee.

Hotel is nice and clean, friendly staff, quiet, great hot breakfast, property is well kept up didn't have any problems during our stay only thing I saw is it needs more washers and dryers for guest there was only one each and people lwaiting for laundry
