The hotel rooms were not spacious enough. We booked for 3 adults but they provided a very small room where we did not even have enough space to open our suitcases. The bathroom fittings had leakages. The restaurant, however, was good. The service and the food and the staff members were good.

great stay clean rooms hotel manager very helpful. Hotel situated about a minute walk from the main police bazar chowk.

Hotel location is in the main market which is good and happening place. Hotel parking was full so not given for our car. It is bit difficult to unload and load the luggage in car as the car stoping near hotel is bit difficult due to jam packed area. Hotel rooms are very small and faced a lot of problems of hot water availability in the bathroom. Room booked with breakfast and the food was good. Cleanliness was also ok

There is no parking facility available. The rooms are very congested. Bathrooms are so small. We were supposed to get an executive room with balcony, but they gave us a normal small room.

Staff are very cooperative, rooms are very clean, comfortable and seems luxurious, no parking for vehicle but it's manageable, good food at restaurant

It's a 5 min walk from Police Bazar Point. Rooms are clean,Foods are tasty. Polite,caring Staff. Feel Homely.

The hotel management and staff are well behaved and cooperative. Bathroom is quite good specially running hot water. But the room is little bit small compared to its price of deluxe segment. The food was extremely good and delicious.

Standard room with balcony not bad though small sized/hot and cold water and other claimed amenities present. Food excellent. Staff quality overall good. Manager Sari mul Haque managed my trip nicely in reasonable chaged. Driver Amed ali fixed by him was also very good. Special mention about those two persons. Location at the heart of city. However, little overpriced in comparison to the room size.
