Jai Jai was a very nice girl , she was patient and very welcoming . I had a really good time with my family, the food was absolutely very delicious and the service was very warm and welcoming 10/10 experience hope to visit once again

The food was delicious, the ambience is awesome, the waiter here called Mewari was very nice and polite, really loved this place!!

I stayed recently at the Hotel Heiga, with my family and friends, during 21-24 Dec 25 for our year end vacation and found the hotel excellent. What I loved: Service: Right from check in to room services and responses to any of our requests, like hot water in a flask/ extra drinking water etc, everything was smooth, prompt and the staff always with bright smiles. Rooms: Spacious, clean, comfortable. One out of the 3 Deluxe rooms that we had booked was upgraded to super deluxe and that was a bonus for us. Washroom: Clean, airy, with a great centrally placed overhead fountain shower and all toiletries (hair dryer was provided promptly on request), with 24x7 availability of hot water. Amenities: Fridge, toiletries, tea coffee set, extra blanket, cupboard, bathroom slippers. A big TV with Tata Sky connectivity, Wi-Fi (they changed the password everyday which was a chore - collecting new p_words every day). Food: Just excellent. Buffet breakfast (we had booked with BF) spread and taste was too good with egg counter, sausages etc as part of non-veg spread. We had dinners on 2 nights and the taste was just great. Points to note: Location: About 2km from main bazaar (Police bazaar) - you need a taxi to get there. You will get running taxis by standing on the opposite side of the road. Final verdict: Excellent stay with superb food.

A city hotel located right on the main road with excellent food and exceptionally polite staff. Whenever we called, the staff attended to our request within 2 minutes. The breakfast spread was very good. Extra water bottles were provided as and when we needed them, without any extra charge. Overall, it was a 4-star experience. Definitely recommended.

Excellent room. Edahun is service for house keeping. She is excellent . She has good behaviour with customer. As person she is good and completed all my requirements.
