Location is good cleanliness was very good staff was courteous and helpful. However only problem was unavailability of restaurant. Overall it was a great experience

Good location, clean rooms, staff is helpful. I have stay there earlier also and it has become a go to hotel when i visit shillong.

Breakfast was good. Amenities were ok. Door lock was not working smoothly. Wall fan was not rotating. But the receptionist was not cooperative and not polite. As we as a couple had arrived in the morning at about 9 am though the check in was 12 noon. I requested him an alternative room as we wanted to get fresh up and would pay what ever amount for it or to change check in time. But he denied and we had to wait for 3 hours for check. Feel embarrassed of such attitude towards a tourist coming from another state and the very first impression was bad. Felt even to leave the inn being harassed.

Location is good but hotel is inside reception attended were not present in all the time he was present only 9 to 5 pm only

Room is good and neat and clean but care taker is not present in night and they not received my phone call properly

Everything was fine, except for the the last thing, at the time of checkout i was asked to wait for sometime bcos the management guys wants to check the room before i leave, which is never expected from any hotel, weirdest and most uncool treatment of the guest,

This guest house is very good, clean n big room with a big balcony. And best pat that it have a roof top cafe, where u can n joy your meal
