This hotel is nowhere near mall road Shimla. We had assumed this was the Clark’s Hotel on Mall Road but Ashiana Clark’s is in Chhota Shimla and a long long walk from mall road or even the lift. We had made a booking here because the staff had told us they were 13-14 mins away from mall road and quick walk to the lift but when we got to the hotel we realized the reality. This hotel is extremely far away from everything. Google map all the places you wish to visit before you decide to pick this place.

Hotel a bit far from the centre but with great views from the rooms as a result. Perfectly walkable to the centre. Good restaurant and excellent service provided by our hosts, Mr Sunder and Mr. Abhishek. Much appreciated! We had a good stay here.:

Very bad management,no ethics,no respect for the staff,even no money had given to Staff,i wrkd there in month of sep.still my 1 month salary on hold and even I trying to call messages Mail but no response for the corporate and even hotel MD...

My request to all of management in hotel or Clarks group if you have no concern for the candidate problem,so please don't give them at this types of job whenever they disappoint to done what thay want, i put some reviews in your Clark's website for the same,and i take action on it to behalf of you and your concern person, daily I text for everyone in messege mail for my salary for one month still not received I am work there in month of September and now November go finsih, i request to hotel and Clarks team,but no one picked up my phone,not a give reply back of my mail and messages, that's why they all are same fake people, management of hotel is totally dull and zero even hotel owner is also don't know about the staff they just use to you and than salary time say that we have no money please we give u salary for next month of October,but still November is Also going complete,no responsibility from any one side like corporate and management both. Location is good there for people but there some people who job there last 20 year's like MR Pathania & Mr Vinod,not a good person,they only work there for enjoyment and force's to new person to work accordingly to them selves,that type of people is like cheap one. Thanks

Yes quite comfortable rooms, wld hv been better if Ac was provided. All facilities in the rooms were quite up to the mark. Breakfast & dinner also were quite up to the mark. Thank the management fr giving ys an upgrade in the rooms as the earlier rooms were not up to the mark

Away from the busy street's with a 10 mins drive from the mall road, we had an amazing stay for 02 nights. Mr. Anil from front desk, Mr. Manmohan and Mr. Punit from F&B took great care of us. Given a spacious room, with good meal package. Highly recommended for a tranquil stay.

Good place to stay with family. Courteous staff who are always ready to welcome and serve you. Located in chota shimla close to Mall road.

It was a good experience all staff are very polite and very sincere rooms are neat and clean .parking space are good Breakfast was so sweet and dinner are so good specially paneer and soup Staff are well trained for his services Location are good

Staff Manmohan, Puneet, Chef Bunty and Anil were amazing host and they made the big difference in our experience. Overall property is at good location and view from window are mesmerising, value for money stay at shimla and recommended for families
