The hotel is doing a great job. We were there just for a property visit. The front desk team gave us the property tour and later we had lunch with our family at the Alfresco restaurant. The entire restaurant team was doing a great job. Harish was the one who was taking care of us. He was very polite with everyone. He is very hospitable.

I was there just for lunch with my family and friends. Loved the hospitality and service which was given by each staff. Special mention to Harish from the restaurant team he was very polite and humble. He was taking care of us very nicely. Would definitely come back to stay. Kudos to the team

The hotel is bery beautiful and the view is to die for. The mountains and scenic beauty ia amazing. We loved all the services which was provided by the hotel. Everyone was doing tremendous job. The person whom i remember would be Mr. Harish from the restaurant team was noticing every single detail that what kind of food i would love to have. Every hotel must have a staff like Harish. Kudooosssss to him😍😍

The hotel is very nice and thr view is breath taking. Would love to visit again with my friends and family. Special mention to Mr. HARISH from the restaurant team was extremely promt about the services which was given to us. He was taking care if us very nicely. Pathetic start of the holiday. The airport pickup was booked thru the hotel. The travel has been outsourced to a third party or a taxi stand union . From a day before we started getting irritating calls from the agency. We informed the hotel about it and they assured that it will be taken care. On the day of the pickup , the cab was not there on calling the driver he said " don't question me why I am late talk to the person with whom you booked" . We were shocked and taken aback by the rude behaviour of the driver. We in formed the hotel and they kept saying it is reaching in 5 mins. Finally we had to take a cab from the airport and leave for the hotel. The original can reached after an hr of the scheduled pickup time. Such pathetic services is not expected from a 5star hotel that too of ITC. Beyond imagine and comprehension. Just wondering that if the start is like this then how will the hotel service be. Thank u ITC for spoiling the holiday.

Big shout out to chef vijayji He is excellent at his job He made sure that we have our tastebuds satisfied also took really good responsibility for my baby s food Its like you have genie You ask him n it is done for you Thank you vijay for being amazing chef

Nice place, beautiful views, good place to spend 2 to 3 days. There indoor pool was good and the pine track was serene. You can spend as much time outside as inside. The hotel takes you back to the colonial times. The food was ordinary but they were accommodative to gluten free food requests.

Beautifully located , very warm welcoming staff , especially Ms Pooja Bhatt was supremely hospitable ,very well conducted and I would wish her great success , she is perfect in field she’s chosen and definitely won our hearts in making our stay perfect. I would like to also mention Ms Aayushi , too was very warm and welcoming .

ITC TAVLEEN CHAIL is a lovely property. Beautiful and serene. Stunning view. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff was very warm and polite and helpful. Vikram, Avinash, Anisha at the front desk were very helpful. Pransh and Vinay travel and activity desk respectively too deserve a thanks from us. FnB manager Surjitji and his team- Manoj, Saloni, Deep, Pooja and others did a super job , even during rush hours. Keep it up team ITC TAVLEEN CHAIL. Thank you ☺️
