The view from balcony was incomparable to any other property in the town,the food was delightful which kids could also enjoy,the staff was polite,professional & helping.Mr Satpal(Reception) gave me a number of taxi owner(who himself made the itinerary).The fare of taxi for whole day sightseeing was economical.The kids enjoyed the LED TV Screen,which was wifi enabled.The room's decor was aesthestically pleasant.

This was one of the best trip to Himachal I’ve ever had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the service was excellent. The hotel is well connected to a lot of sightseeing places. The food is great, pretty good for a hill station. Staff is cordial and cooperates well. The view from the room is simply amazing. A safe place for families. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone. Only thing they need to improve is their gaming zone, rest all is well.

All thinks are so good staff is nice manner resturant staff is nice mr gian singh is very nice and so polite our family is so happy there service room is fine and they make event in every evening we saw both whether in our trip place se so nice and whether is also good

The stay was really awesome. Food is extremely good. And best part was their service, the staff is always on their toes to make our stay more comfortable. Location is also great. Rooms are well maintained with stunning views! Car Parking has also a good area and easy to park Definitely recommend.

The hotel staff is pleasent and helpfull, the room had a great view and was very spacious with all amenities. The view from balcony has a great valley view. We ordered chinese [spring roll and singapore noodles] were good in taste and quantity was adequate. Overall it was a great experience

We had a wonderful stay at Toshali Royal View. From cleanliness to scenic beauty to hospitality everything was perfect. The position of the hotel is remote but thats the beauty of it ,as it presents you with amazing view and serenity. The property is Victorian architecture with the modern twist as they have renovated to cater modern amenities. The kitchen serves Indian, and Chinese cuisine with various options of soups, starter and desserts. The staff is extremely polite and cooperative. I would like to mention especially Mr.Debabrata(Manager) and Mr.Ravi Verma(Staff) for being such wonderful host. Overall 10/10.

Our experience at toshali was amazing. Great view from the balcony, great hospitality and good food. Thank you to Narayan and the staff for such a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just beware of the monkeys though. But the view is worth it.

Stayed in a studio room, pleasant stay. Food is good. Property is good, valley view, and the staff is polite enough. If looking for a peaceful stay, this is a perfect place to go. 10km away from Kufri centre and 25km from mall road Shimla. Beware of monkeys.

I was disappointed with my recent stay i.e 23 June 2024 at Toshali Royal View. The dinner buffet was a letdown, especially the dal and soya chap, which were truly unappetizing. The dal lacked flavor and the soya chap was overcooked and worst in taste. The overall spread was uninspiring, and the dishes failed to impress. The ambiance didn't help, as the dining area felt drab and uninviting. But what really took away from my experience was the surrounding area outside the hotel, which was dirty and poorly maintained. The streets were littered with trash, same made it hard to relax. The combination of subpar food, lackluster ambiance, and unappealing surroundings made for a disappointing stay. Unless they revamp their menu, ambiance, and surroundings, I'd recommend exploring other options for accommodation in Kufri/Chail area.

Stay was very fantastic, special thanks to Mr. Narayan Singh ji, Front office supervisor for his support & treatment towards guest. Really recommend this property for family & business visit. Food was very tasty. All staff members are very copretive

Just a perfect location to take a break. Stayed at the hotel from 9-11 dec'23. Service was amazing.will visit again in coming years. Rooms are recently upgraded. Must visit if one is looking for a peaceful break.

In toshali royal it's our first stay of journey .. here we met Gyan ji , lachiram ji , indar ji ... All staff behaviour was very polite and all are helpful. Room service is very fast . We have taken delicious Breakfast and dinner ... And tea + coffee is best in class and they take more price for tea coffee but give 3 times quantity of a normal cup so it is balanced with price. And view is awesome from balcony only greenery hills no buildings in view... Only lack point is it is far from Shimla Mall road i.e. 22 km ( so we get pure hills view) .. at last I should say if anyone have private transportation facility with them they should try it ones you will definitely happy with the experience in toshali .
