Just finished our holiday to India and the Radisson Jass was our last stop. This hotel was ideal, location perfect Just a short walk to Mall Rd, but the hotel does run a shuttle service to Auckland tunnel. The hotel is quirky in its lay out, but you have to understand it is built on the side of a mountain. Food was delicious, listen to the staff as the portions are massive. Housekeeping immaculate, with some lovely designs on our bed, Barkha was our keeper and she was star. Cant think of any bad points. Spa is good value too. Highly recommend and was a perfect end to our trip!!

A last minute plan turned out to be the best plan in the recent times!!!Starting with the booking assistance provided by Mr Dinesh Kumar who gave us a pretty good value for our rooms with breakfast and an amazing view to the hospitality of each and every staff member who catered to our every need with a smile on their face..To summarise our experience I would say it’s a perfect gateway resort if one wants to be away from the crowded area of Kufri as the resort is located around 7 KMs ahead of Kufri on the Kufri-Chail highway!!

Just completed an excellent stay at Sterling Resorts Kufri. The resort is simply perfect in all aspects. It's a huge resort with 75 rooms with a lot of scenic beauty. We opted for the Premier - Valley View room...it's a 400 sqft well equipped room. Got a decent deal from MMT. What sets it apart from the other resorts is the service, quality of food, facilities.etc Excellent service received since day 1 whether that may be at the Reception, Room Service or Cafeteria. They are simply perfect. You ask for it and they give it. I had an excellent stay and I received excellent service from Yashpal, Rishabh, Sukesh, Rakesh, Deepshikha, Sarthak, Urvashi, Jahomindo. Also In Cafeteria, the Manager and Chefs were ready to customise food as per our preferences. Hats off to Rohit , Rajiv Thakur and Vicky for this gesture. Excellent service from many others whose names are not known to me. This was our first visit to Sterling Kufri and could not ask for anything more. This resort is simply perfect and the best in all aspects. Will visit again. Keep it up guys !! Highly recommended !!

The view from the room and the open dinning area was spectacular, room was clean and presentable, and the service was excellent. Everything about the stay was great except the noise from a party that was being held at the hotel by a group kept me up till midnight and sploit my sleep. Maybe sound proofing needs to improve. Overall, it was good enough for me to stay again in future.

Located about 40 minutes away from, and some 2500 metres higher than, Shimla, Wildflower Hall offers a welcoming restfulness away from the bustle of that city. Having spent 3 days in Shimla itself, it was the perfect place to relax thereafter although it readily serves as a base for those wishing to explore that city without too much involvement with the daily hubbub. There are a range of activities available within and around the hotel throughout the day and staff are attentive in all respects whenever advice, guidance or assistance is required. The food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner is extensive and goes beyond Indian food although I highly recommend the Himachali thali (veg or non-veg) that should be ordered earlier during the day. As is to be expected, the views are sensational - and will be even more so deeper into winter as the snow makes its appearance - but care must be taken to ensure that monkeys are unable to gain access into your bedroom via an open window. Finally, I liked the fact that I was asked on checking out whether there was any aspect that could be improved upon - I could not find anything to suggest but this is illustrative of the effort that is made to keep service levels at an optimal level.

A wonderful heritage hotel on the edge of Shimla's Mall. It is very elegant and the rooms are stylish, tasteful and well equipped. We had lovely views over the hills. Each room comes with a charming little booklet on the history of the hotel. There is a lovely bar with live piano music every evening and great cocktails. Breakfast was delicious with a large, multi - cuisine buffet and plenty of freshly cooked items. Dinner was delicious with a massive choice of options. The best thing about the hotel though was the service. Staff were unfailingly helpful and provided a personalised service. They remembered what we had had for breakfast on our first day and provided suggestions based on that on subsequent days! They also provided a surprise birthday cake and balloons for my wife!

訪訪客The best place in Theog , away from the Maddening and crumbling Shimla. Great Value for money . Excellent staff. Outstanding food and staff in the resturant led by Mr. Mohan who was phenomenal. The chef and his team are brilliant and give u a sense of being at home. they also help you in getting good ,clean transport at nominal rates for sightseeing nearby. The entire resort bathes in nice sun which makes it bright given the cold weather.the view is nice given the location.
