Absolutely gorgeous property and excellent food options. Room was perfect and restful. Staff very helpful and friendly... Kudos to Jim at the front desk and The Living Room staff. Very affordable for January - thanks.

I completely appreciate and understand that this is a family-friendly hotel but it was treated like a playground and water park. If you are expecting to enjoy the pool, hot tub, or any of the “common areas” you’ll likely be disappointed. They were packed with children running and shouting at all hours, including running around on the roof into late hours of the night which you can hear through ceiling / walls. After realizing I would not be able to use the pool or hot tub, I hit the gym and brought a towel from my room because there were no exercise mats. The floor was covered with dust, sand, dirt, and hair so the towel I brought in the room became very dirty after a 10 min workout with some floor work. There are wipes in the fitness area so and I understand those who use the space are expected to wipe down the

We come here every winter as our little getaway! The only issue this stay was that the heat in the pool area did not work for one of the days so we did not get to enjoy the pool like we did the first day, warm and cozy. We love it here... a home away from home!

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, fun Happy Hour bar scene, good food. We had a lovely overnight visit!

We ordered food to the pool area and it came cold, there was no silverware and the pizza was burnt.

From the check-in through check-out it was a smooth process. We experienced a clean and beautifully decorated room with friendly and accommodating staff. We will stay again! 😃

More than what I expected! The small kitchenette that is included in the room was a plus, especially with kids. The walk-in shower is always a favorite for me. The heated pool! The kids were happy with the pool. The hospitality was great. I will book a weekend getaway there again. Especially in the summer.
