We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so many vacant rooms. Atleast hotel management should have basic human decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

Great staff Courteous, Responsive well behaved and Good hotel Ambience , Welcomed with Complimentary drinks .well Hygiene rooms and Lobby, with good taste of food and pleasant Environment , good Amenities , customer service is commendable

The hotel was really worth the stay. The staffs were really good and very well behaved. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It is 100% vegetarian hotel. The food which we ordered was very tasty and delicious. Thanks for the great hospitality.

The food at the hotel's restaurant was also delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. Overall, I would highly recommend Anand Heritage Hotel to anyone visiting Shirdi. It's a true gem, and I look forward to staying there again in the future!

Excellent hotel and very higenic food. Staff very courteous. Love to stay again and again. Very nearer to mandir just 200 meters. Visited with family. Hotel travel desk help visited Trimbakeshwar and return same day. Good support. While return train foo parcel also available.

Hotel room was clean and tidy. The staff was also polite. The complimentary breakfast was too good and quality. The parking is also easily available. Overall the vicinity is close to the temple. I strongly recommend this hotel with 5 star ratings.

Wonderful hotel and very close to Sai Temple and other places in Shirdi. Staff are all amazing. From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we checked out, our stay was very very pleasant. All the staff made us feel very valued and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is very good and rooms too are very good. Facilities are very good and in my opinion, are a match for other so called luxury hotels in the area. I stayed at this hotel back in 2020, even then, this hotel was very good. And for this reason, I decided to stay here again in 2024. The hotel has had some upgrades since my stay in 2020. The reception, rooms and dining have all had upgrades. Nice dining area with wonderful breakfast and other dining. Credit to all the staff. This will definitely be go to hotel in the future when I visit Shirdi again.

Excellent Hotel, close to Sai Mandir, Well Mannered Staff always at your service with just one call, Very much polite and helpful, Reception guy Rohit being kind and helpful, he arranged cab for travelling to nearby and long distance temples like shani Signapur, Mahalaxmi temple, bhairav temple and Trimbakeshwar Temple,... Tasty and delicious food served at their Anand restaurant which is inhouse next to Reception counter.

Good Hotel. Near Temple. Friendly staff. Good food. Breakfast was one of the best you will get in Shirdi area..Clean staff with all working electronics like AC, TV and intercom. Walking distance from Temple . Safe private car parking ground opposite the hotel.
