Ce serait un bel établissement si l'équipe découvrait ce qu'est la notion de service. Mais hélas, j'ai l'impression qu'ils s'en moquent éperdument. Rien ne fonctionne et ça ne semble pas les déranger.: pas d'eau chaude dans les douches, pas de petit déjeuner (pourtant inclus dans le tarif), pas de poubelle dans la chambre, pas bouilloire électrique même dans la cuisine commune, pas de serveur au bar, pas de silence le soir (musique à fond), pas de réceptionniste au moment du départ, pas de, pas de... la liste est longue.

Could be great. On the other hand we could be rare species of elephants but we aren't, at least I'm not. If you want to bathe in the cold refreshing shores of Antarctica and visit the lakes of Geneva at the same time this is the place for you. Showers that clog up with frozen water and surely a natural habitat for the veruca gnome. The stuff was friendly, the person in charge at first seemed willing to solve the icy water problem but his efforts were as effective as one's efforts saving the rainforests as a unit. The room's and bathrooms surely need cleaning and a change of bedsheets or you will wake up with the knowledge of how blonde hair would look on you. Beautiful city, wonderful people, would visit again.
