First of all, I booked through Trip.com and this motel in Shorter Ala. had a great picture of a nice hotel with a pool. We were just laying over for one night to rest up and relax by the pool. When I checked in I wasn’t even told the pool was closed.We drove around and finally found our room,which we didn’t even go in because it was very old looking on the outside and saw the Poole was closed so I called the desk and asked and he said that it had been closed s”since Covid outbreak “. Huh? 2 year ago. Crazy!!! I went back and told them they could have their keys back because we weren’t staying there and that they needed to put it on the website that the pool was closed! only thing he said was huh,while looking at me real crazy.😫

Friendly staff, but the room was not clean. The floor was dirty, the coffee was open, the TV didn’t work, one lamp was broken, the shower tile was dirty, and the bedding looked stained. But the tub was clean.

I was traveling for business and everything was great at this location. The only issue was missing buttons on the heating/ac, however I figured it out. It was very clean and the service was great from check in to check out.

Run down and an outdated appearance. The mattresses were okay. Only a light blanket on the beds. The picture on website was very misleading as a very nice Days Inn hotel. The staff was good and addressed the issue with the tv remotes; however the remotes were taped to stay working. The shower faucet dripped all the time and the sink was severely cracked. The lighting on the building was very poor so poor you could not see the numbers on the rooms so had to get out of car and walk along until found room. It was nice that hand soaps, a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was provided. There were clean bath towels, hand towels and washcloths as well as a shower mat provided.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Me and my husband went and in our first room before we brought anything up there was someone else’s clothes left behind in the room. We called reception said she’d come right away we waited 40 mins for her and had to go downstairs to get a new room. Cigarette burns in the sheets of a non smoking room. Stains that were washable on the sheets. Blanket was just a top sheet nothing else. ROACHES in the lobby. Unsafe feeling area. Even with the curtains drawn you could see in the room through the mirror. Nothing but fast food in walking distance, if you wanted an actual restaurant, or Walmart 20 mins or more drive. This place SUCKS

Start with positive. Bed was comfortable. Receptionist checking in/out were friendly. Would not recommend. Room was dirty. Walls and ceiling were pealing. Piles of dirt and debris buildup in corners.walls had dried liquid splattered. Refrigerator was not usable. Freezer was solid ice. Bathroom somewhat clean. Again spatter on door and wall. I Lysol wiped all surfaces and remotes. Breakfast was meager. Three danish, cereal bars and coffee. Very disappointing. Can’t believe Days Inn promotes this location.

If you want a ran down outdated nasty experience for a 153.00 a night stay here!!! I advise no one to stay here until they get some work down. Go a little further if you want to spend the night. You might get bed bugs or anything by staying here!!!

I paid for a handicap room with my disabled husband no refrigerator no microwave no shower chair and the sprayer was about 7 feet up. If I wasn’t there to stand on the tub to pull it down, I wouldn’t even been able to get my husband a shower, the loud trucks, the traffic going in and out of one room and the men yelling outside of our room And the next morning the clerk denied I know nothing about that. I will never stay anywhere like that again.

My room was half cleaned. Fridge didn’t work for the first two days and when they came to replace it, I was made to feel like it was my fault. Felt disrespected and made to feel like because I stayed there I couldn’t afford anything else

Again I called Wyndham Diamond services & they booked me into another hotel that accompanied 3 pets/1 guest! 400 miles further down the road. Made my job so easy - no one else can do it and be at a party day in day out - Days Inn. So funny, I told MHSW, (my hot sexy wife), “These are the good old days”- Anticipation, thanks Carly Simon Wyndham Rewards booked us at the Days Inn the entire Maltese trip! Second day, of Maltese transport to Clearwater Florida & the Toy Maltese had had enough of her sister & brother from another mother! - after putting all dogs inside rm 126 - I was short 1 Maltese. (The smallest one) Uh oh, my hot sexy wife will not accept “I lost 1 of her pets”…. I found our little girl as far from us as she could run! Scarlet was thrilled to be found by friendly’s… The hotel is enormous (200+ rooms), pleasant staff, meager breakfast, perfect parking. Keep partying, we made it to Clearwater Florida the next evening at dark!

The place was near to the cassino. I had a wonderful stay in the hotel. The services are good. There was a quick help from front desk person. He was so nice and professional. I think his name is mike. Coming to the room it was clean and most wonderful beds i have ever slept. The place is very secure.

Not worthy of the Wyndham brand name. Not even worthy of the Days Inn brand name. Traveling with a small dog and chose this location because it advertised as pet friendly and no extra fee for pet. Walked into the lobby to find signs stating that pets must be disclosed or face $100 fee. I disclosed and they charged a $10 fee. OK, accepted that. Meanwhile, the lobby reeked of something that I thought was cleaning chemicals but then realized it was some sort of incense. Front desk person was not friendly. The room and hotel were in disrepair and one of the beds was actually not sitting proper on the cheap metal frame. It was 9pm and I only needed about 6 hrs of sleep before getting back on the road. Went to bed and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. There was a sheet and something on top of the sheet r That can't possibly be called a blanket. More like a second very thin sheet. Tried to get to sleep when I started hearing awhile screaming and crying on the floor above me. Then adults carrying on for the next 20 minutes or so. Thin walls. Finally fell asleep about 2 hrs later. Up at 4am. Went to check out window. Guy just stared at me and I had to say 3 times "Checking out" while waiving my room key. He still never stood up. Just slowly opened the drawer for me to drop my key. This room was in no way worth $128. If you are familiar with cheap motels like the $50 kind, that's what this is and that's fine, but rates should reflect that and Wyndham should be ashamed to attach their name to a place like this.

One-night stop on a road trip, so we were looking for value. The room was clean and nice except for a filthy worn out upholstered chair in the room. Bedcover was barely more than an extra sheet, so I slept in my cardigan to stay warm. Breakfast offered was a plastic wrapped pastry and banana, so we went across the road to McDonalds. I called it adequate, clean, and a money saver. Good enough.

Check in was great Staff was great The room was great very clean smells great very peaceful and quiet Internet had a issue maybe it was weather but it was resolved as quickly as possible I had to stay over a little longer and they assistance me in time of need and I do thank them very much I would recommend any one to stay there I felt very safe there.
