什裏夫波特I-49舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Shreveport I-49)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok, bathroom clean but carpets and hallways dirty. Bed was broken on one side.

I didn't stay because the elevator was broken and my assigned room was on the 3rd floor. No 1st floor rooms were available.

Front desk assisted us with early check in. Negative was elevator not working. Overall a very good place to stay.

A very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The morning breakfast will suffice for each patron staying at Comfort Inn I-49 Shreveport, LA.

The staff was very friendly but the floor in the room was not clean and the bathroom was dirty as well. The vent in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall down. It was hanging. There was no water pressure and no hot water at all. So we had to take cold showers. The room was extremely small and I still don't understand why the chair was by the door. I made a joke about it to my significant other and said they put that chair over there in case I had to put him on timeout. That was his timeout chair. But overall it needs some serious improvements. I would only go back if it was a last resort.

The hotel was conveniently located near a freeway, close to many places we went, and 15 minutes from the airport

Room was clean and the shower was hot. Breakfast was good

Our stay was ok. The only complaint was the room service. We did not know the service cuts off at 1 pm. So we did not get room service.

The room had an adjoining room door with a hole in it and the door safety latch was broken. Both would be an easy fix. Appeared to have been a fight in the room.
