Our room was underneath one freeway and next to another so we had to turn our fan on loud to drown out the noise. The exterior door closest to our room would not open from the outside. The desk clerk (Maurice) knew about this. Breakfast was very good. For dinner, we had to drive to a place to eat (could not walk 3 blocks in 106F temps.

When we arrived our room was not ready. Once our room was ready we went to our room and it had a mildew smell and it had not been cleaned very well. Well found a used razor and dirtly kleenex by the bed and hair on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom also had a funky smell. The walls were also pretty thin so you could hear everything. Also being near the highway you could hear cars and trains. I was not very pleased. Although the breakfast was pretty good. We had read reviews aboht them shutting down early so we were sure to go about 7 am. Also the font desk lady was nice.

Claimed had pool, and no pool. Handicap ramp had holes under carpet. No hot water, took a long time to get warm water. ******* Discount 1 of 3 nights only.

I was told that The pool was working and functional, and it was definitely not. It was my whole purpose of staying here for a $150 a night.

The bed was very comfortable but we found stains on the sheets. The shower had red stains and the shampoo holder was broken. There was a crack in the ceiling. Overall it was ok.

The hotel was great, it was clean. I was uncomfortable with the area outside the hotel. I didn't feel safe.

When we checked in they had labeled us as a “no show” and put us in a different room than the one we had reserved. Room had no hot water whatsoever and hair still on the bathroom floor, so we both took cold showers at 3am to ring in the new year. Hot water still didn’t work the next morning, so when we checked out we told the hotel clerk and she said no one else had complained like we were making it up

The room bed was not clean. Had a bad odor in the room as well. They gave me a different room and that room had the same problems.

Pretty nice overall. Convenient for downtown access. My room has a crack in the ceiling, but is otherwise really clean.
