博姆敦波西爾城酒店(Boomtown Bossier City)

Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that i noticed was all the dust around the base boards. Most of all I enjoyed my stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Overall, the place was great. It was cold during our stay, so would have been nice to have closer parking to entrance of hotel rather than using the garage.

The stay was pretty good and service is very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, the smoking inside of the entire ****** is a problem. Couldn’t enjoy the ****** at all because of this. Also, there are no microwaves in the rooms. A terrible inconvenience considering the one microwave that is available is downstairs in the lobby. And this is shared with the entire guest list! The room we stayed in had a running toilet and a sink that would slowly drain due to some type of clogging.

Didn't like there was no luggage carts to be found to carry our stuff we had to go up and down to bring everything up then down

Overall great hotel. But most definitely need microwaves in the room or at least the one I was in.

Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are spacious. For the price you can’t beat it - especially up against what other hotels are charging for a one night stay. The conditions is fair to good. I wouldn’t want to pay over $60 for what they have to offer.

Booked a room that had a Jetted tub in it and the Jetted tub didn’t even work so very disappointed in that because we pacifically booked that room because of the jetted tub. other than that issue everything else was decent.

Could have used some dusting. Toilet was messed up. Other than that I would definitely stay at this property.

The grounds around the hotel are a little unkept. Empty parking lots with grass growing up through. It makes it look abandoned! Just doing that would make it look better. Staff is very friendly and my room was great! Didn't have a remote when I got it, but it took about 10 minutes to get a new one. Thanks!
