酒店總體很棒。但酒店團隊很着急與我確認具體退房時間，總是催促我離開，工作人員着急與我確認退房時間，酒店經理也催促我離開，不明白酒店團隊為什麼要這樣對我，這讓我不開心，酒店規定的退房時間是12點，時間到了我會退房，如果到時間我沒有離開，酒店可以讓我續訂房間並且付費。總的來説酒店環境很好，但團隊需要改進，這是我旅行中第一次遇到催促我離開的酒店。酒店環境好。

非常差。房間臨街，街上對面是唱歌房，每夜派對唱歌，造噪音巨大。酒店説是遺留問題，由來已久，他們沒辦法解決，但是會故意把中國人安排在這一間。

非常好的體驗 不是傳統的酒店 自己有一片很大的土地 我們是大床雙人間房間面積大概40多平米吧 酒店的服務真的非常好，非常努力的表達着做好這個簡單的事情。 家庭出遊也很方便，早餐做的也很精緻，餐廳食物很好吃，提供自行車園內活動。叫嘟嘟車也很方便，管家都是24h待命。

We have stayed there for a week. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, with a lovely rice field inside. It's well located that going to town is not too difficult. What impressed us was the service. The team always went extra mile to make sure our family was well taken care of. The breakfast was great that you can order as many dishes as possible, and the food was cook a-la-minute. It's better than a buffet in a big property. I cannot say more good thing about the wonderful staff, they are all helpful, professional and always with a great smile. Keep up the good work, and we will be back for sure!

The hotel is a resort with villas. The infrastructure is excellent, the villas are huge. There is a lot of green space, swings, outdoor areas to spend pleasant time in. The hotel has their own rice crops, and we even saw swans crossing the street in a line. There are “golf” trolleys with drivers to take you around. I was invited to a WhatsApp chat with a personal concierge that helped us with everything and also replied timely, he was really supportive. He solved and arranged absolutely all our concerns. He was the best! From general questions, to our transportation around the temples, to our hotel related requests. All the staff was very friendly and attentive, and beyond. For example, when I was about to request the afternoon tea be brought to my villa because it started raining, I could see the golf trolley arriving with the tea before I requested it. Something similar happened around my departure when they anticipated I had an issue with my bags on the day of check out after I mentioned to the driver that I wanted to see the sunset in the temples. They anticipated my problem and offered a solution before I reached out to ask for options. We loved Cambodia, Cambodian people, Cambodian food, and we hope to be back one day. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Mane. Les villas sont extrêmement spacieuses, décorées avec beaucoup de goût et avec des matériaux de qualité. Nichées dans un cadre idyllique et calme, elles offrent également un accès à une magnifique piscine. Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti nella villa Lotus con tre camere da letto. Il posto è meraviglioso: a pochi passi dalla città si entra in questo piccolo giardino tropicale. Da subito si ha la sensazione di essere accolti dal personale gentilissimo. Il nostro maggiordomo personale Sear ha creato una chat di Whattsapp nella quale rispondeva ad ogni nostra richiesta. Il thé pomeridiano può essere servito in villa o in piscina. Anche la colazione può essere servita in villa. Il cibo si può anche ordinare sulla chat, indicando anche l'ora. Questo è molto comodo per le famiglie con bambini come la nostra. Abbiamo cenato anche al loro ristorante e posso dire che il cibo era davvero molto buono. La piscina era meravigliosa e spesso eravamo gli unici ad utilizzarla. Il resort mette a disposizione anche delle biciclette, non proprio nuovissime, per spostarsi. I miei figli le hanno molto apprezzate. Inoltre vi sono anche dei cart che possono portare gli ospiti. Abbiamo anche utilizzato il loro servizio di lavanderia, che è stato veloce ed economico. Ogni giorno ci veniva anche chiesto se volevamo che la villa fosse pulita. Tutto il personale era estremamente gentile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso.
