梅森557酒店(Maison 557)

Tout était parfait. Hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme. Très belle piscine privative. Le personnel était exceptionnel aux petits soins, souriant et très attentionné. Un petit déjeuner nous a été préparé avant de partir pour le lever de soleil au temple d'Anghor. Notre bus de nuit n'étant qu'à 22h, il nous a été proposé d'occuper une chambre jusqu'à 21h. Emplacement parfait, proche du centre ville. Très bons petits déjeuners. Nous recommandons .

I recently stayed for 3 nights at Maison 557. I was offered a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room, which is appreciated. Whilst the shower is outdoors on the deluxe room, it is at the back of the room, and is entirely enclosed by a wall, so privacy is maintained. The room is of a good size and the air conditioning is effective. A kettle is provided in the room. There is good, fast wifi. Any staff I spoke to were proficient in English. There is a good choice for breakfast, and breakfast is filling. Staff from the adjoining restaurant are happy to bring drinks to your room to enjoy at your outdoor seating/table. There is security overnight at the property. The staff are very helpful - A minor issue with the lock on my door was easily fixed within 15/20 minutes, and they were also happy to organise a tuk-tuk driver for me. Overall, a very good experience and I'd gladly stay again.

A unique and beautiful property with a beautiful pool and three wonderful restaurants. The staff are unbelievably friendly, professional, and courteous. The owner, Gauthier, went above and beyond, and provided me not only recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Siem Reap but also restaurants and hotel recommendations for Phnom Penh. The Mason557 team set the bar high for my first stop in Southeast Asia. I hope the rest of my experiences are as amazing !

We stayed for 4 nights at the Maison 557. This little hotel is located in a great neighbourhood at Wat Bo Road. Our suite was of decent size, but was a little scruffy. The A/C was not great, our private pool was nice. The staff was very friendly, some of them overdid it a little and their service felt outright intrusive. I think they wanted our best, though. The breakfast at the communal pool is prepared freshly and is tasty but better bring some time or tell them in advance what you’d like. The on-premise restaurant looked very nice and had a lot of guests, we did not have the chance to go there. In the end, due to the many very good reviews and the price we had expected a little more than we got, maybe also because of the off-season… For us it was 3,5/5.

Si tratta di un bed & breakfast molto carino, con camere molto belle e ben arredate. È pulito, tranquillo, ma a due passi dal fiume. Ha una piccola piscina, che però, dopo giornate faticose e il gran caldo di agosto, è un grande piacere. Intorno ci sono buoni posti per mangiare o bere qualcosa. Una volta passato il ponte che sta lì a due passi, vi trovate nel centro della vita di Siem Reap, per chi cerca negozi, locali, mercati, ristoranti, e l'animazione tipica di questa città molto turistica. Ma il B&B è in una posizione un po' appartata e quindi, come ho detto, molto tranquillo. Molti posti interessanti, comunque, sono anche da questa parte del fiume. Siamo stati lì sei giorni, prima di andare a Battambang, e poi siamo tornati ancora per ripartire per la Thailandia. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e gentili e prodighi di consigli utili e graditi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare Mr. Sona Eng che ci ha procurato l'auto o il tuktuk per gli spostamenti e la guida per visitare Angkor Wat e gli altri templi di quell'area. Sono stati tutti molto premurosi e attenti.

Très bon accueil. Le personnel fait tout pour que les clients soient contents. De beaux espaces verdoyants autour la belle piscine. Une petite structure très sympa où on se sent bien. En plus, l'emplacement est excellent. Le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pieds.

Stayed for 4 days (March end) at the Suite with Private Pool of Maison 557. The pool was a respite after full day temple hopping around and across Siem Reap. Maison 557, a boutique property is like a gardened oasis in the Wat Bo locality. So the best part is its location and proximity to all the happening places around Siem Reap. It is just a 8-9 mins walk from Pub Street. The staff are courteous, amiable and professional. A shoutout to Gauthier, Joan and team for being perfect hosts and how can I forget Austin, the welcoming and friendly pug at the property whom you can hardly blame for occasionally taking a dip in your pool in the Siem Reap's sweltering heat. Maison 557 ticked all the boxes from cleanliness to comfort. The suite is spacious, perfectly air conditioned and the wifi is pretty good. Overall had a wonderful time and the suite with pool is highly recommended.

Lovely little hotel. Very centrally located but quiet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. All in all, an absolutely wonderful experience. Hope to come back some time.
