我在 Trip.com 上預訂了這家旅館的房間，當時我的預算很緊張，但房間的照片看起來比實際情況更寬敞。家具和床佔據了房間的大部分空間，沒有鎖箱，牆上貼著一張傳單，通知客人有線電視無法使用，並向我們提供了免費無線網路的詳細資訊。我躺在舒適的床上，意識到我不能在這個地方待一個星期，所以我退房尋找另一家酒店。工作人員很可愛，對於預算有限的旅行者來說，這是一家很酷的小酒店，但房間裡沒有正常使用的電視，也沒有鎖箱，我推薦它作為短期住宿。

Chambre ne correspondant pas à la commande (lits jumeaux au lieu d 1 lit king size). Draps sales. Pas de TV contrairement à la signalétique de la chambre. Pas d objets de toilette. Petit déjeuner simpliste. Personnel sympa quand même. On nous a évoqué un Pb informatique mais on s est foutu de nous.

Great location, excellent service, clean, quiet and good prices. The amenities ain't new but not too old and they provided with necessary things. The staff were very responsible and took great care of the customers. On my check-out day, after I completed the process downstairs, a staff member went to room and checked. Just a few minutes before I was about to leave, she ran to me and returned my little fan, which was my favorite gift that I brought with. I can't imagine arriving home without it, really appreciate all the staff’s care and attention. I'd love to see you all again!

Terrible no elevator gave a room on 3rd floor for 80 years old parents. No bell boy service guys to even carry luggage. They denied breakfast for 3 people in 2 rooms written in MMT voucher saying that its under 1 name so will provide one breakfast, then later said 3 people can give but only any 1 item. Never never ever book through MMT in such places and MMT was helpless only said looking into it..finally couldn't do anything

You booked two rooms ( one with breakfast and one without breakfast) but we offered breakfast for two rooms. We want our guests to have the great stay. We serve a la carte menu so you can choose any of foods from menu. Our place has only two floors, So we assigned you to the big and comfort room (second floor), but you can choose the floor when you check in. We are flexible. We have team to help luggage to the room, we also help you when you check in. You can read other reviews, you will understand. We don't know where you booked the room, but we accepted your booking with our partner. Stayed here for healthcare volunteering at AHC for a month with classmates, and was a great experience to be right across the street. Simple place but amazing for the price and staff. Sovat and Somnang were kind and helped us with everything we needed! The rooms provide flip flops, queen bed, can ask for daily room cleaning and drop off laundry with the front desk in the morning for $1.50/kg. AC was great and could get really cold in the room, but just remember the electricity is only on when the key is inside!

Stayed at this guesthouse for around a month while volunteering at AHC across the street. The rooms were perfect for what we needed them for! All the staff here were especially helpful and polite! I especially want to give a shout out to Sovat and Somnang for the service they provided!

Sovat was so helpful and kind at the front desk. He always had a smile on his face and enjoyed helping guests with whatever they needed. I found all the staff to be very kind and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a week stay on a budget!
