博爾戈斯科佩託雷萊斯酒店(Borgo Scopeto Wine & Country Relais)

Una scoperta meravigliosa! Borgo Scopeto è un relais davvero magico, immerso tra campi di Lavanda ed Elicriso. Abbiamo avuto modo di passare tre giorni di assoluto relax ed il personale gentile, premuroso e preparato ci ha seguito in ogni richiesta. Abbiamo organizzato una private dinner nel giardino della nostra villetta immersi nel verde e nella luce delle candele; abbiamo fatto un picnic al tramonto nel frutteto ed organizzato per le nostre bimbe di 10 anni un tour con lo chef Pietro Fortunati nell’orto biologico. Si sono divertite un sacco e per loro era immancabile l’aperitivo a base di succhi di frutta in piscina . Il relais è curato in ogni dettaglio molto pulito e vicinissimo a Siena . Un grazie specialissimo al sig. Luca (f&b manager) che ci ha curati e coccolati; mio marito e mia figlia sono celiaci e la loro attenzione nei nostri confronti è stata incredibile. Un grande ringraziamento anche a Davide Virginia e Malvina per la grande attenzione riservataci e riservata al nostro cagnolino Carlo un pomerania di tre anni: lo staff lo ha sempre coccolato, gli portavano continuamente acqua fresca e alla sera un biscottino per augurargli la buonanotte. Borgo Scopeto é stupenda, magica ! Siamo tornati a casa con il cuore e gli occhi pieni di meraviglia!

Volete immergervi nella tranquillità e nel totale relax? Borgo Scopeto è il posto perfetto! Staff cordiale, preparato e disponibile per ogni richiesta. L'idea di non servire l'aperitivo a bordo piscina con il vetro l'ho trovata veramente ottima. Peccato per la plastica, opterei per bicchieri e cannucce bio. Il complesso della struttura è qualcosa di meraviglioso, ben tenuta, le zone verdi ben curate. La camere, la mia in particolare, una junior suite, pulita, profumata e ben arredata. Spaziosa e anche il bagno, bello e pulito. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato presso la struttura per tutto il tempo che abbiamo soggiornato. Il menu non molto vario, infatti per chi si sofferma qualche giorno si ripete un pochino. Ma la qualità delle materie prime, dall'antipasto ai dolci tutti ottimi! Anche i loro vini sono ottimi, infatti abbiamo fatto una degustazione in cantina ( senza saperlo avevamo pure lo sconto dato che eravamo ospiti della struttura ) Complimenti per tutto, dal servizio dello staff, dalla struttura e sopratutto dalla gestione. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno un incanto!

Borgo Scopeto hôtel is probably the only 5 stars hotel in the world, not providing everyday a complimentary bottle of water. I thought it was a mistake, but the reception desk confirmed that was their policy. Even if you finished your bottle the first day , only one bottle of water for 2 days for 2 people when you are paying more than 600 € / day for a room. About the rooms, they are quite bigs, but no real views on Toscano, no balcony. I have been told that we are not in a standard hotel like Hilton which is the truth. If you plan to come to this hotel with your expensive brand new car, forget it, you will get your car covered of dust because the access road is not paved, which will make you feel very uncomfortable. We had diner in this hotel, the food was average and the portions were small. Toscano is beautiful, but forget Borgo Scopeto hotel.

This is the type of hotels that can leave a lasting impression. What is the most important thing in choosing non-urban hotels? This is, of course, the state in which the a**osphere of the place immerses you. It's impeccable service that you don't notice, it's a “welcome drink” served with soul, it's a gourmet breakfast, but it's like at friends' houses, it's quality spa services, it's a rural landscape with a gloss. Relais is in the heart of Tuscany. We only stayed for two days, but it felt like we were there for a week. We will definitely come back!

WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. Burglars came into the room and stole my jewelry, my clothes and cash. Lawsuit has been filled, no movement, I Cannot trust the establishment. I’m so upset with the company. I really wish that the management team would have handled the claim and worked for a speedy reimbursement. As I was sleeping in the room burglars entered my room and another family and robed us. It was terrifying. And the fact that my lawyers are still battling to close out this settlement. I am missing invaluable family heirlooms, clothes, money and my sanity . What a shame since it was a hotel with beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Here I am battling for decency from the borgo team for justice.

This property has beautiful grounds but is in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is pretty but good is less than mediocre. If you want to eat in town be prepared to pay 90-110 euros for a taxi for a delicious inexpensive meal in town that is much better than the hotel. The hotel has no air conditioner although they say they do. The rooms are hot and uncomfortable. The spa hot tub is cold. Stay closer to Sienna and skip this hotel. Water is not complimentary be prepare to pay 9 euros per bottle. Staff service is mediocre.

È stata veramente un bellissimo weekend. Tutto lo staff, dalla reception, spa, bar bordo piscina e ristorante, sono stati impeccabili. La struttura è da 5 stelle lusso, come anche il ristorante che propone prodotti del territorio ma rivisitati sotto forma di alta cucina. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare lo chef per fargli i nostri complimenti. Nonostante la grande professionalità e raffinatezza dell'ambiente, noi ci siamo sentite come a casa. Torneremo sicuramente.

Magnifico resort sulle colline circostanti Siena . Staff gentile e preparato , suite ampia e pulita , piscina meravigliosa circondata da cipressi secolari , ampio parcheggio , prima colazione e cena eccellenti servite in un ampio cortile , un vero 5 stelle ci ritornerò sicuramente .

ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo posto magnifico. ogni angolo della struttura nasconde pezzi di paradiso che riempiono cuore e mente. personale molto professionale e gentile. cicina di alta qualità con utilizzo delle materie prime uniche! complimenti a tutti!
